I could not disagree more with the previous review, they were very easy to work with when buying our boat. The boat was perfect, detailed to a T and ready to go. Very helpful IMO and very pleasant…

If you value customer service with a smile, then DON’T go to Roy’s Marina. The quality of work performed by their employees is fine (nothing to write home about, but fine). But Roy’s wife makes Nancy Pelosi look downright pleasant. We have given her not once, not twice, but close to a dozen times to prove that, in the past, she simply was having a bad day. But it seems Roy is doomed to suffer a lifetime of bad days with that witch. (Sorry Roy.) She wouldn’t know courtesy if it slapped her in the face. And it’s too bad, because Roy seems like a decent guy (though he, too, could use some basic «salesmanship» lesson), and he has a decent boat business. Unfortunately, while loyalty remains important to us, we will NOT be returning to Roy’s Marina for any purchases or services in the future. Roy’s wife «greeted» us one last time.
