Went for the first time, and will not be coming back. When I came in, no one was there to greet us as both women were in the back with customers. I waited even though I had an appt. The owner did not seem friendly, all the said was «she will be with you soon.» «She» turned out to be a stylist that did not do anything impressive. I could tell right away that this was just another so so stylist, as I have been to others who really know what they are doing. I took the time to explain to her what will work for me, and pretty much leave it up to her to wow me. There is nothing complicated about my hair, it’s straight, a little longer than shoulder-​lenght, yet she did not do anything even close to some of the pictures I showed her. She did not seem to be an expert in blow-​drying either. She used a curling iron, but did a haphazard job because I guess my time was up, yet she had the audacity to charge me more without asking me if I would mind paying extra. Furthermore, there is no privacy in that tiny closed-​in room, there was another customer with the owner, and this lady droned on and on about nothing, you can hear everything said without wanting to listen, wish I had brought my earbuds. Of course, I will be heading back to other salons who charge $ 35 for a wash, cut, great and thorough blow-​out, and roots-​to-​ends lasting all around curls. There are many salons to choose from, this one did not make it on my list. I would not go there for eye brow waxing either, it was at best a mediocre job.

Used a living social coupon to get a Brazilian with Jayne. She put me at ease, explained what she was doing, and was very professional. It didn’t even hurt! Will definitely return!

I did go back but anything more than a 15 minute wait is not acceptable and so I left without having anything done. My hairdresser might have been out in another few minutes but by then my tip purse would have been snapped shut and I wouldn’t have been able to hide my crappy mood from having to wait so long. I went through a lot to be there on time. I would expect to be taken in on time as well or at least within 10 minutes of the appointment time. The lady wouldn’t even stop long enough to tell me that my hairdresser would be with me ‘soon’. Instead all was said without her missing a step and barely even looking at me. I thought that was rude all by itself. I will not be going back there again. There are soooo many places to get a haircut in and around Worcester! I am sure I can find one that appreciates the fact that their customers are what make their business!

I needed a new place for my daughter and for me. Pro Dimensions is comfortable, friendly and easy to get to. Lisa understood what I wanted — even though i couldn’t really explain it — and was kind and patient with my 4 year old.

I usually only get my haircut twice a year (yes the ends are very bad by the time of the haircut!), so I have been jumping around to different salons in the south central mass area. Feeling like a lost puppy, I came across Pro Dimensions Hair Design on Unilocal by its 5 star review, great location, and the awesome deal they currently have ($ 8 off your first appt with them)! I could not be happier with the results of my hair! I had Lisa cut my hair and she listened to every little detail that I had to say (which I usually do not do!), which I really appreciated… cutting 6+ inches off is scary! Again, I could not be happier with the results of my hair and the service I received here. I was shocked how satisfied I was with the drastic change. truly in love with the short bob style! Extremely personable and a relaxing atmosphere to be in. I told Lisa I will definitely be returning!!! :)

I just moved to this part of the US and was looking for a salon. I found this one through Unilocal reviews. I bought a coupon for first time visitors and had an amazing experience. I loved how the hair dresser spent time understanding what I wanted. How I like wearing my hair, what hair products I used etc. I liked her attention to detail.
The parking was a little tricky since the signs around the salon read «parking only for residents» so I had to park it on the other side and walked over to salon. I was informed later that I could park in there. There have been no incidents of towing. Would have been nice if the receptionist informed me when I called to make my appointment. (Yes, I did mention I was a new customer)
Overall great and clean cut!

Christina has been doing my hair since I was 18. She saved me from a bleach-​blonde dye job in college and brought me back to my original color. Since then I have been getting highlights and cuts from her throughout the past 14 years. My color always looks natural. I feel very comfortable asking Christina to use her judgement for cuts, color, and up-do’s. Last week she and Lisa did all of the hair for my wedding. Everything was beautiful! The bridesmaids were comfortable and relaxed, and everyone loved their styles. Christina and Lisa are willing to work with requests and make changes. I was so happy that they helped make my special day fabulous.

I needed a haircut in Worcester at a place that wasn’t a traditional barbershop, and Pro Dimensions had what I needed. Lisa cut my hair, and she knew what she was doing. She’s been cutting hair for about four years now, and she’s really effective at getting people to communicate exactly what they want from a haircut so she can do her job right.
I was pleased with my overall experience there, and I got a great haircut for a good price. I will definitely be back in the future.

This place saved my life or at least the part of it that I would have had to go through with terrible, terrible hair. I used to go to Christina when I lived in Worcester but then I moved to Westborough, where there are as many salons as the hairs on Trump’s head, My aunt warned me: «Once you find a good stylist, continue to go back no matter the distance.» But did I listen? Noooo!
I tried the place a few doors down from my apartment. I ended up with a so-​so haircut but because I was in love with the idea of it being in walking distance, went back to get my hair dyed. They went a little coppery (though it wasn’t bad) and way overcharged me. So the next time I needed a hair cut, I decided to drive a little… about 2 miles.
I waited about 1 hour after my appointment because the stylist was finishing up. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she proceeded to ask me how she should do it as she was cutting it… which seemed off. Despite that, the haircut was okay and I even got a few compliments. The stylist was also very nice so I decided maybe I was being too picky. I went back for a trim and dye 1 month later. I asked for red– they didn’t show me any examples etc, talked over my head and I ended up with black hair. Okay it’s not black, it’s like a mahogany, the kind of mahogany you find in the house of the creepy old lady who owns many felines. They also didn’t really trim it so much as give me a different hair style– a bad one.
Now I admit to being a little picky. I tend to be not overly enthusiastic about a haircut on day one but then it grows on me (yes, pun very much intended). This time, as the days dragged on, I wanted to cry out «my god what is that thing» every time I looked in the mirror. And the truth is, Christina was the only stylist who when she finished, I liked the style from day one.
So I scheduled an appointment with Christina. She listened to my concerns and recommended that I not try to lighten my hair because it would damage it. She cut my hair so that it looked sophisticated and elegant yet cute. (The color even looked a little better!) She also behaved very professionally– at no time did she criticize the other stylist.
In sum, she saved my hair and I guess I’ll be driving the distance whenever I need a haircut etc. Should have just listened to my aunt in the first place.

I was recommended by a friend. I used to be a twice a year haircut client and even then because my mother would make fun of me. Since Christina I go every 6 weeks and even bring my boyfriend who has tried other places but still swears that even after 5 or 6 weeks his hair looks much better than any other haircut. I’ve never been disappointed and I know she will never allow me to make a bad hair decision or leave her anything less than satisfied!

I was really really bored with my hair. You can see a version of it in my profile pic. Straight, blunt cut, originally chin level when I lopped off a ponytail for one of those donation sites, it had grown out to my shoulders and because my hair has a lot of natural body and some wave and curl to it, I was getting a very triangular shape. I had no idea what to do with it, other than grow it out again, but I was tired of that cycle, too, since I’ve done it several times in the past decade. It’s also going pretty grey in spots and I’m not sure another ‘tail would work for those wig organizations because of that.
I needed someone to just make a decision about my hair and cut it. I didn’t care what the results were, what the style was, anything at all. I just needed something different. My husband half-​jokingly suggested I take his clippers, buy some gel and go for the Annie Lennox look and I was actually OK with that.
Christina took on the challenge. She chose a layered look that is both blowdryer and product-​optional (YAY!). It’s fabulous, super easy to take care of and suits me well! I would have never thought of layers and I’m glad she chose this cut.

I have been going to Christina for the last 10 years. I started going to her when I was in college because all of my friends were going to her and they had great hair. At one point I even moved to NH, but I still drove over an hour to have appointments with Christina because she is that good. She really knows how to do all classic styles as well as keep up with trends. I have gone to her for multi color highlights, trims/​cuts, and updo styles. She knows exactly what looks good on my face with my hair type, and makes it look phenomenal every time. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a stylist.
