P.A. Cleaners

I moved to the area recently and used their service for about a month. Within one week (two separate visits), they returned to me three button down shirts with glaring tears in the arms which were not there before (otherwise they would have notified me before laundering them which they said is their business practice). I brought this to the attention of management and they quickly and very rudely denied any responsibility and, of course, blamed the shirts. If you’re the type of person who needs button down shirts cleaned and pressed regularly, or really just need dry cleaning done generally, this business is not for you. Stay away. There are plenty of better and more reasonably priced cleaners in Worcester.

I’ve never had my clothes dry cleaned… until I ruined this beautiful maroon satin dress and was at a loss for how to clean it at home. Since I was taking the dress, I decided I would take my trousers and my favorite work blouse that was looking a bit frumpy and old. I also took my suit, my suit that I never had dry cleaned before for fear of it being ruined. …P A Cleaners was the BEST decision I’ve ever made for my clothing needs.
I walked in and Robin assisted me, she was highly professional, kind and superbly courteous… even honestly answering my questions and addressing my concerns about if I should even put certain items to dry clean (I had a shirt that had sequins and she said sometimes the sequins fall off or lose their luster in the dry cleaning process).
I picked up all my items 3 days later — every piece came back absolutely FLAWLESS. My suit looked like I had just bought it from the store that same day, no joke. I was happy, and the price for everything really can’t be beat!!! So awesome, I will be returning as long as I’m a resident of Worcester — and looking for P A outside of Worcester area!!! Thanks, PA!!!

NEVER AGAIN. Not only did this business completely ruin two of my brand new ties, but they attempted to cover it up by poorly sewing them back together with what looked like little to no effort and NEVER even brought it to my attention that my belongings had been damaged. Not only that, but when i called the business and politely brought it to their attention, the manager essentially blamed everyone else possible for their mistake instead of assuming responsibility for the mishap and fixing it accordingly. Over priced and a complete lack of professionalism and honesty. I would never recommend that anyone ever go here.

Cathie and crew are outstanding at what they do. My dry cleaning is always well done and ready when they say it will be, but it is the customer service that keeps me coming back.
Each and every employee that I have dealt with has been so friendly that picking up the dry cleaning is more of a pleasure than a chore!

Great place to have your stuff cleaned. Every time I am Back home I use them. The owner is great and the staff is beyond great. I don’t trust many places to clean my clothes. Never any problems.
