I used this laundromat for my first time yesterday. For a Sunday afternoon it was not crowded (unlike the shrews bury laundromat which was completely full). Washes and drys seem to be reasonable, but I’ve heard rumors of cheaper laundromats in the city. I would go back here again

Excellent & reasonably priced Wash & Fold service. Handy any time I’m in a pinch to get laundry done. Always friendly and very fast, with clothes folded, shirts even hung on hangers, and everything nicely bagged.

Upon arrival of 6:15 i found several of the high capacity washers with «out of order signs» on them, only to watch him pull them off as his friends arrived. Then when I was done he yelled at me to limit the amount of dryers I use an double the time of drying time, then later yelling at me for ripping a out of order sign off a dryer I did not touch to Later to apologize finding out he was wrong but the damage was already done. On top of this I witness a African woman who was very nice pull in an enter the laundry mat to hear him comment to his group of friends «where the hell these black people come from». Very unprofessional completely impolite an all around a unpleasant experience.

This is the best wash and fold place in Worcester. It is cheap, and they do an excellent job. I brought over laundry in a trash bag one time, and they gave my laundry back in a real laundry bag to keep for free.
Most of the time that I lived in Worcester I had a washer and dryer, otherwise, I would have been a more frequent customer.
