I visit this shop nearly a yr ago and bought a Kangertech Pro, older model. It still works great today and, there are coils sold in various shops. I can at the least say, I wasn’t sold a bad product. During my visit, the rep seemed friendly and, a little informative about some products. There wasn’t a big selection at the time as there maybe today. It was a well kept shop, prices for some accessories was pricey compared to other places. There was a decent selection of ejuice but, I only needed a clearomizer or tank.

Mad vapes is the first Vape shop I came across when I first started to Vape Vape and I did not know a lot about it and I am the owner of the store is not very polite and whenever I did and whenever I did buy something he did not explain how to use it. And almost everything I did buy from the store broke within a week or less and all of the Jews that he carries is a generic. The juices were not that good at all and am he never explained anything about them to me as someone new to vaping. And then when I would come in and show him my broken things that I just recently bought he would come off like it was my fault and I am too bad for me. After so long and so many things broken, I came in with a bag of all my broken things that I had Botton from his store with his mad Vape label on them and all he did was give me a $ 10 pen to make up for all the broken stuff I bought from him. So basically he replaced hundreds of dollars of broken items with a $ 10 pen. After that I told him that I would never come back to his store and that I would pass the word along that he was on the definitely the worst Vape store in the Worcester area. The one good thing about his store were his other employees that work that were very good guys and very helpful. So if you do decide to go to mad babes try to deal with the normal employee and not the owner Kevin. Good luck and good vaping.

I’d give this place zero stars if I could… I know the place is huge and I probably got lost in the crowd… NOT…but the staff is obnoxiously rude and oblivious to customer relations… I was in this shoebox of a shop for ten minutes before I was even acknowledged, even though I was the only one there… I was ready to send up flares to get attention… DO NOT GO… STAY AWAY… they won’t notice anyways

Horrible experiance.
The owner for his credit seems to care about his customers. It is unfortunate that his employees do not share the same enthusiasm as the owner.
There liquids are subpar, the majority of which are made in house. However compared to other «budget» minded it lacks significantly.
The selection of e-​cigs is good, however the employees show no interest in spending time with thier customers. Instead walking away mid sentence and engaging the regulars over the new customer.
Where the average price of a box mod is 80 – 100 $ and higher, you would think they would show new business at least the same courtesy as the existing base.
They succeed imho only due to lack of quality shops and tough local zoning. In case it isn’t obvious they are also not a franchise of Mad Vape sharing no affiliation beyond the name.
Look elsewhere.

Newer Update:
I went here at around 11am on a Tuesday as I was in the area… There was an older gentleman working, and I asked for a battery to try some of the flavors. I couldn’t find a blue raspberry flavor, so I asked, and he thought for a minute, and said «We don’t have blue raspberry, but try this one…» It was spot on for what I wanted in a blue rasp. vape.
Needless to say, I bought a 50ml bottle. It seems like that one experience the first time I went that everyone was having a bad day and showing it. I have been there twice since, and it has been nothing but positive. I’ve purchased both TopVapor juices, and premium ones. Just don’t get the Mad Torro, or Clove…
They sometimes have great bargains in the buckets near the premium juice samples… Like today, they had Cr3am (Oreo cookie) at a whopping 30% off!!!

So… did some homework on trying to find a local store for supplies and read the Unilocal reviews… was a little put off by the postings… was in the area on business and decided to see for myself… I have to say that my experience was A+…the staff was knowledgeable and very helpful… Kevin was a pleasure to deal with… Handcrafted flavors as well as some well-​known brands and lots of device inventory at very reasonable prices… I will definitely be a customer.

May be a decent shop of undiscerning vapers, but the staff had NO clue what organic means… «All 100vg is organic», we drove a long way only to find they didn’t have any full organic juices, then treated like we’re ignorant — won’t be back.

Went in here the other day to try to quit smoking. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Also gave me free eliq. Will be returning.

Okay so I wrote a pretty horrible review about this place before and I have to change it after making another visit there today. When I went today there were two different people running the shop than the last two times I went. The first 2 times it was a younger guy that was a miserable A hole. This time it was an older guy who was the owner and a younger female who was very nice and knowledable. I had a pretty good experience this time and even got a good deal on some juice, got 80ml of juice for $ 19 cant beat that. Also they have decent prices on some nice clones of a lot of popular mech mods. They got some nice merchandise here and I honestly will probly buy my first mech mod setup from them even though it will run me more than if I ordered it online.
So final say is if you going to go to this place and you want to talk to someone about anything to do with there products or your gear and want informative friendly responses I would call and make sure the owner or the female worker is working that day. Dont go in if its the younger male employee unles you just lookin to walk it buy somthing you already know about and walk out without so much as a have a nice day

While the store and selection itself is cool, I go elsewhere and/​or online now. Every time (3 total) I’ve been in there it’s been nothing but frustrating.
One star if you want to go and buy something because you have a life outside of this store. Five stars if your entire life is nothing but vaping and talking about vaping ²⁴⁄₇ — then you will love this place.
This store is essentially a dude who likes to sit around vaping and wants a place to do it with his friends, but his mom won’t let him do it in the basement, so he opened a store.
It’s basically a spot for you to go in and talk to the clerk about how cool vaping is, and obviously they’re happy to do so on the clock. Which is great customer service, until you have people in line.
Literally every time I’ve been in there, there was just one person in line and there was a 20, 25 minute wait each time. The clerk refuses to even look at you until it’s your turn.
So basically the clerk and the customer are talking about how banana-​ish the banana juice is, and how great vaping is, and this funny story about his uncle’s cousin — they aren’t really selling anything — while customers with money (me) who knows what he wants (has it in his hand waiting) walks out when I don’t even get eye contact after ½ hour. I’ve seen others walk out also, though apparently management doesn’t know or doesn’t get it. I’ve been around smoke shops before and understand the one on one chatting and personal service — but most will excuse themselves for a moment to go assist the person at the register waiting to actually buy — or continue the conversation as you check them out.
So anyway — I guess that’s great customer service if you actually make it to the register. I don’t fault them for THAT. But if you want to run this way you need a clerk on staff to at least conduct basic transactions and let the other guy socialize and mingle.
3 Strikes and they’re out.
I now get what I need online (cheaper /​better selection anyway) and rare instances I need something in pinch — there are plenty of smoke shops around the City.
