Lincoln Dental

I had a great experience here today. The dentists that I saw were very professional, gave me all possible options regarding my treatment, and the dental assistant was very nice as well. Everyone at the office spoke perfect English so that was not an issue. I highly recommend them. This was my first visit and I will continue to utilize them for all my dental needs in the future.

They seemed nice and fair at first when I had an emergency and I decided to make them my full time dental office. What I’ve come to find out is that because I have dental insurance and a full time job that I’m over charged for my procedures. They LOVE Mass Health patients but because of this they gouge people with regular insurance. I’ve had my cavities misdiagnosed, a temporary crown glued on with permanent adhesive. which took an hour to remove and caused my permanent crown not to fit correctly. I’ve had pain there since then and they have been told about it but do not care. I was told I had to pay $ 100 for a tube of whitening gel other dentists only charge $ 30 dollars for. Their equipment is ancient and unreliable.
I showed up late for the first time ever and the usual happy group all turned on me with extremely unprofessional attitudes. I will be gathering my records and seeking a more professional office.

My dentist is great! Some times the wait is long, which I hate… but all in all, they’re professional and they do get the job done :)

Bunch of clowns. My dentist and her assistant barley spoke English. Did such a shoddy job on my filling two had to be completely redone 2 times. Paid for white fillings and one broke just replaced it with a silver filling without consulting me. Drilled more then half of my the tooth out. Scared me away from the dentist for years. One filling they did cracked and caused the need for a root canal. Every time I went there they billed me twice for the work claiming they couldn’t find any receipts. Always saved mine any ways. Buyer beware stay away from Lincoln dental just a bunch of clowns who don’t care about anything but money. No stars.
