J & J Real Estate

Have had no success in reaching anyone at this realtor. Ive called on multiple rental listings, emailed and have not been contacted. Pretty disappointing when I live out of state and am trying to find a rental in Worcester area. Any time there is a new listing and I see its under this company I do not waste my time calling.

I have used J&J Real Estate on three separate occasions to list my rental property. Every agent I have worked with has been very responsive and they have found me three great tenants. Javier and his team do a great job and really know the market and the area.

J&J Realty is my place to call. I have been dealing with J&J for many years, in particular Javier. I was very impressed with how fast my needs were met and the professionalism that this firm offers. In previous dealings with some other realty firms I felt as though I was just a number. This is truly not the case for J&J. You will feel how committed J&J is to you until all your goals have been met. I will always recommend anyone in search of rental property needs to J&J. Keep up the outstanding work!

Similar experience as two others here. Called made an appointment to meet at their office and they never showed up. Left multiple messages and not one was ever returned. I would not recommend.

Would not recommend using. Trust me, if avoidable– go somewhere else! We worked with Wally, Walter Aldrich. He was very unprofessional and would only communicate through text message. We were 2 weeks away from moving in when he notified us that the owner had leased the place to another renter. He told me this through a TEXT message! When I called to confront him about the issue, he was disrespectful and hung up on me. Javier was sincere and apologized on Walters behalf. Maybe other realtors here are better but Walter was awful!

I called them about an apartment and the guy I spoke with was very nice and said he’d call the landlord to set something up and put together a list of other places I might be interested in. I thought, «awesome! they’ll do the work for me!» not the case. I never heard back so I called about a week later, no one answered in the office for the 2 days I called. I called several agents whom were listed on different apartments I was interested in and got no answers, no callbacks when I left voice mails! finally I emailed the office and explained the situation and I got a call from Javy that day, I told him I was headed into an appointment and could call him back shortly. When I did i had to leave a voice mail. That was a week ago and I haven’t heard anything from him, the office, or the other agents I’ve left messages with. I was looking forward to working with them because they have great listings and dominate craigslist so I figured they’re the best. I would never send anyone to them or consider calling them again! If you make a living renting apartments to people, you’d think you could answer a phone or even return a call!

Extremely disappointed! Was stood up for a schedule appointment and never called back.
Was working with Javier. One appointment he never responded and then I had to email him again to make another appointment. Then he never showed up to the appointment and left me waiting at the house. I even called him and left a message, but never heard from him. Unprofessional and very frustrating. Would not recommend to him anyone. It’s a huge let down because I really wanted the house.

Very helpful agents. I dealt with both Danny and Steven Diroberto and found them to be professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. Even though I didn’t end up renting an apartment through J & J this time I will definately be using them in the future, and recommending them to friends.
