I found 2 clear hard, either glass or plastic, things in my steak and cheese sub before I threw it away. I posted a picture in the photo section. Won’t go back.

Typical «has everything» Massachusetts pizza place. By has everything, what I really mean is doesn’t do anything particularly well. I’m a sucker for Buffalo chicken pizza, but George’s was more like chicken pizza, it really needed more or spicier sauce.

It’s never occurred to me to write a review of this place before, because it’s the place that you call for a pizza at 9pm on a Thursday (or 1am on a Saturday), but it’s a really, really great place to call for a 9pm Thursday night pizza! They were super quick, the pizza was really good, and I like their wings a lot. I have never had a bad experience with any of their delivery staff. I have ordered from here a million times and this place has never disappointed me!

Being new to the neighborhood, we ordered their 2 pizza & a salad take-​out special. The pizza was very good — surprisingly flaky crust around the edge, and the salad actually had a good amount and variety of vegetables on it. A big plus — the pizza was ready and HOT when I got there, which isn’t always the case. We will order again.

This is place delivers one of the best salads in the city. They load their greek salad up with romaine lettuce, tomatoes, radishes, cukes, green peppers, red cabbage, feta and olives. I have ordered salads elsewhere nearby (Elsa’s, Panera, El Basha, Regatta) and George’s easily beats them all with freshness and quality. Oh and if it’s iceburg you’re looking for then this isn’t the place to order a salad. The subs and pizza are average but the salads are what makes them exceptional!

Good place to pick up subs, fries, and onion rings for a decent price. The bacon cheeseburger is one of the best subs on their menu, and you get a lot of sandwich for the price. Same with the sides, you get a lot for what you pay. The pizza isn’t really anything special, the extra cheese isn’t so extra, and the sauce is okay. I definitely want to stick to subs, and I’m certainly happy doing that at George’s.

Meh, not great. The delivery was quick, but I agree with Danielle that the delivery driver reeked of smoke. It didn’t affect the taste of my food, but it was kind of gross.
As for the food, the buffalo wings were spicy but were of the previously frozen, breaded variety of which I’m not a huge fan. The pizza was pretty average as well. Since White City Pizza closed down, I’ve been trying other places, it looks like I’ll have to keep searching.

Food wasn’t horrible, but nothing to write home about. The real issue here is the delivery man showed up after having smoked a pack of cigarettes. My house reeked of smokes for a week and the food didn’t taste as good as it should have because all I could smell was the smoke! Delivery men should NOT smoke on their way to deliver food or in their delivery vehicle. Wouldn’t order from here again simply because I don’t appreciate my dinner smelling like cigarettes.

Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! Just moved here been trying to find a really good pizza/​sub place and I have to say George’s Pizza II has it hands down. Really good food and the people who run it are so nice and friendly.

I order here 2 – 3 times a week. Try the steak and cheese, grilled chicken stir fry pocket, cheese no mayo, and the buffalo chicken calzone w blue cheese on the side instead of marinara. The delivery guys are really nice and they get to your place quick!

This is my favorite place for either picking up pizza or a sub or getting delivery. The guys that run it are always friendly, the prices are very reasonable, and I love the meatball sandwich with provolone and hot peppers!
