Frank P. Fechner, MD

I’ve had several services at Dr Fechner’s and overall they provide a very pleasant experience. I’ve had a few injections, Dr Fechner is very nice and professional, with great attention to detail. I’ve read other reviews that say he’s an arrogant a-​hole, but the truth is, he’s just a very stoic German. He’s not going to hug you and rock you to sleep with a lullaby, but he will give you the facts and maybe crack a humorless joke, just don’t expect excessive formalities.
I’ve also used Jenn Verdin’s laser hair removal! She is an esthetician in the office, she is SO sweet and very professional. She has the most perfect skin on the planet. The whole experience going into her world is wonderful… and the service is great, I love the results!!!
The only reason I’m not giving FIVE stars, is I was a little annoyed with the receptionists. During my last visit they were trying to accommodate another patient who screwed up her consult time. And they let her cut in front of me, without an apology or an explanation that I would then be seen 15 minutes later than my appointment. I thought it was a weird decision to let the new, non-​paying client come before the loyal, pre-​paid client. Not really a big deal tho.
