Great place & people! We’ve been a long term customer. Recently had a rabid fox die under my porch and company coming over that weekend. They showed up on a Friday afternoon and took it away. Talk about going over & above! We tell everyone that story.

Moving into a new home, my girlfriend and I discovered that the previous owners had left us a roach and ant problem. After doing foggers, perimeter spraying, and roach bait myself over a few weeks, the ants were gone but we still had some signs of both adults and young roaches and while I was willing to wait the bait out, my girlfriend was not. She first called Colonial a week ago, one week after the first bait application, and they told her to wait on the bait another week before we paid them to come. We waited, and sure enough, plenty of dead roaches, but some live ones still showing up on a nightly basis. So she called again, got an appointment for a few days later, and today being the day, they were here ten minutes early to do the job. The tech that came out, Pedro, was extremely friendly and made it very sure that he identify our problem as being invasive roaches and not more benign wood roaches before he treated and charged us the six month service fee. Assured that these were German roaches, he did his business and was in and out fairly quickly, very politely, and with assurances that we should call if we had any further problems at all. We had them come back out for a flea problem after our cat got infested and we had the same great experience.
These guys strike me as straight shooters across the board. Like the other reviewers implied, they seem to be extremely honest, professional, and respectful.

Living on the edge of woods, I’ve had my share of pests. Squirrels in my attic, carpenter bees, carpenter ants, and mice. The folks at Colonial Pest Control are efficient, effective, and reasonable.

I have been a Colonial Pest customer since 1992. We live in an antique home and had a problem with carpenter ants. I called Colonial Pest and they cleared up our problem at which time I signed up for the semi-​annual maintenance program. The fact that I have continued this for 20 years speaks to my level of satisfaction. They will even return at no extra charge if there is a problem between treatments. Over the years I have had moths, ants, earwigs, spiders, mice, hornets, yellow jackets and once a litter of racoons in our dutch oven. The workers are always on time, professional and courteous. For a number of years now David B. has been doing our home and he is always upbeat and a pleasure to have here. He is always willing to answer any questions and even helped my husband resolve the raccoon situation. Raccoons weren’t covered under our policy, but when he arrived that day I told him I heard strange noises in the dutch oven and I was afraid to open the door. He checked it out for me and then when my husband arrived helped him devise a plan to get rid of them. I would recommend Colonial Pest if you are looking for a trustworthy company that stands by their work.

Colonial Pest Control did a phenomenal job taking care of our wasp and hornet problem. Our service technician Jason was very professional, and he also took the time to educate us on how we can prevent future issues. We have had several pest control companies out to our house before, but none of them were as thorough or professional as Colonial Pest Control. I highly recommend them!
