This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their website is NOT user friendly, they don’t give you any information on ‘your account’ that is helpful. When trying to enroll in auto pay it takes 45 days!!! Never mind the fact that mine took over two months, because I couldn’t figure out what credit card number I had originally enrolled(because their website sucks), so I had to re-enroll. Finally after I re-enrolled and was already a month past due, I paid my past due balance, only for them to take the payment out TWICE. They called me nonstop to get me to purchase other packages, until I had to block all of their numbers. Obviously they figured it out and have been calling me 5 times a day(no I’m not kidding, they called me 5 times all before dinner). My internet service is slow and this company is a piece of shit. Good luck if you live in Worcester MA because that’s pretty much the only service available, other than dish.
