Burger King

What kind of crazy person rates this Burger King anything higher than a star? I don’t really like BK anyways but when they release random items, as a true connoisseur, I will mosey on down to this Burger King and be filled with massive disappointment each and every time. Dirty and Slow is your typical recipe for fast food disaster. I recently decided to try the hot dog. It ran me around $ 3 for a classic dog, was 90% bun, pretty cold, and I waited for about 10 minutes as the only one there. Bathrooms always occupied here too, everytime, small annoyance I have noticed. Pretty sweet parking structure too where you can enter from the east but then have to exit turning west only, so you have to bang a U turn down the road just to get back from where you came from. I honestly can’t think of anything good about this place other than if I have an hour to kill and want to crap my pants after eating some cold bad food, then this is the spot.

worst experience at a drive through in my entire life. Is there even management here? the speaker doesn’t work so you have to shout and you cant hear the staff. also if they tell you to pull around and wait for them to come out with your food-don’t bother. i waited 20 MINUTES before driving back through and asking for my money back… they didn’t even apologize… it was like a hidden camera show

this is one of the not so clean and very discombobulated BK’s…I will onlystop in if the kids need something… and drive through only. tried the crinkle fries and it was just ok… nothing to go back for…

Absolutely vile and disgusting.
First off the most obvious front main double door is locked without warning. You must enter via the side single door. They could at least put a sign on what is the most obvious front main double door (which is the logical first choice of entry looking at the exterior) that says ‘exit only’ ??? How about a sign with an arrow that says ‘enter around corner’? SOMETHING. Secondly, I stood at the register as five employees including the manager stood around talking… and talking. My order was finally taken. There was a woman directly behind me in line so I would’ve assumed they would have taken her order immediately after finishing with me. NOPE. The cashier stepped back to the side to talk amongst the five employees. After I filled my drink my attention was drawn back to the counter as the woman yelled to interrupt the conversation to place her order.
Should I keep going? SURE.
The ketchup dispenser pump was disgusting. It was broken so ketchup was actually covering the top lid of the container at the base of the pump shaft. It was oozing out with each pump — a pump you had to perform manually but lifting the pump shaft and pushing it down. There were bugs in the ketchup that was spilled all over the top. I made an outloud comment to myself that it was disgusting and an employee standing next to me at the drinks (probably going on break) giggled a little and went about his business.
More? YOU BETCHA
The dining room was a mess. One table had chicken wings and drumstick bones all over the table. There was no other trash — i.e. containers, drink cups, napkins on the table at all. Just the remnants of consumed chicken. DOES BK EVEN HAVE CHICKEN WINGS AND DRUMSTICKS??? Was it carried to the table by hand in no container? Did someone make a point to throw out all other refuse EXCEPT for the chicken bones!!! I was so grossed out and puzzled by this whole situation. Many other tables were also gross too… and yet the staff just stood around talking. The manager was telling the staff how he was divorced now and that getting married with the biggest mistake of his life. Maybe your wife didn’t like you because your work ethic sucks and you dont know how to do your job!?!
One More thing…
The mens room is a single person mens room located right at the registers and line. If it smelled bad, people in line for food would smell it. What a horrible setup. OH… guess what, the lock was broken! Luckily I went only went in for a quick piss. If someone else goes in for something longer than that… the people in line will get a show they didn’t ask for as potential numbers of unknowing people try the door.
Look its BK, and there’s no point in reviewing fast food on here. However I had to this time because it stands out as one of THE WORST experiences EVER. What a dump!

Used the drive thru which was quick and easy. Had no problem hearing our order taker but can anyone tell me why they put the person who barely speaks English on the drive thru?
Can only make a right when leaving which can be a pain in the butt.

Stopped in for a quick bite at lunch yesterday. Place was well lit, looked up to date inside, food was quickly served, hot, and tasted OK. Service was friendly. Has a nice drive thu if you don’t want to get out of the car. Located in upper Webster Square, at the corners of Main and Stafford Sts, and Park Av.
