A little home in the wall that is easy to pass by if you didn’t know it was there, but worth stopping by, just bring cash as they don’t take cards.
Freshly made meatballs, bread and other ingredients sets Belsito’s apart from other places.

I can’t speak for the deli as I haven’t bought any meats here. I can how ever speak for their sandwiches. They are top notch. I’ve sampled a few different ones. I’ve had dozens of meatballs subs which were all perfectly executed. Best meatball sub in Worcester. Pastrami subs are always fresh and great tasting. Steak and cheese with mushrooms and onions is always an excellent choice. I know it’s fresh because occasionally I call one in and they don’t have the steak because their shipment hasn’t come in yet. No problem plenty of other great options.
As far as the workers, they’re a pretty solid crew, see the same faces often and they get the job done. They let me off the hook for a few pennies to save us both the hassle so that’s cool.
I only gave them a 4 star review because the last time I went I was taking someone very special to me there for the first time, we both got Italians and the bread couldn’t of been anymore stale. My guess is a fluke accident but still. I’ll keep going there because they’re awesome. But I can’t truthful give it a 5 star after that.

There is no place better than Belsito’s. The sandwiches are freshly made with care.
It is my husbands favorite place to go for his birthday. The sauce, bread, meatballs,
sausage and everything is made by people that take pride in making people happy.
A must visit!

I’m only giving a 4 star because I’ve only had a steak and cheese sandwich. The steak and cheese it a 10 star sandwich but I couldn’t tell you how good everything else is, hence the 4 star rating. Great guys there, everyone is quick to help.

Average deli, nothing special. There are much better places to get a sandwich. Got the Italian sub and wasn’t impresssed. There was nothing wrong with it per-​say, but it was made with a balasmic vinegar which isn’t typical in my experience, the taste just overpowered everything else.

Awesome little deli with lots of options. Service is quick which makes it a great spot for lunch on the go, but there are also small tables for a sit down. Great location right of route 9.

Had the Italian and their combo Meatball and Sausage and both were excellent. Fresh bread made both sandwiches even better.

Tasty, very cheap Italian subs. Belsito’s is tiny. There are maybe 4 tables stuffed into a corner. I imagine most people take their food to go. You might have to wait a bit since they place isn’t set up to handle a crowd, but the subs are all about $ 6 so I think it’s worth it.

Great place for a sandwich easily my favorite Italian sub in the Worcester area. The bread is awesome high quality meat and amazing meatballs and sausage.
Everyone seems to know each other and has a very friendly feel to the place.
Can’t give it 5 stars because they tend to not have enough help, its not very pretty inside and its cash only. Don’t let that stop you from trying this place, however, its well worth it.

Love this place. I haven’t been in a while, but I’m glad it hasn’t changed. Got the Italian and sausage/​meatball subs. Excellent as usual, also picked up some pepperoncinis and marinated mushrooms. I will be back very soon.

Food was delicious, bread is phenomenal. 4 stars because they don’t accept credit/​debit card. There is an atm inside, but there is a $ 2.75 fee.

I eat here once a month for lunch, well, to go. The second time I went in for an Italian was during lunch hours. I got to the counter and saw the hefty pile of prepared italian wrapped and ready. I though ‘Dammit, its not made to order and I’m not going to have him MAKE a new one. It’s not gunna be the same…’ WRONG. Amazing. Maybe even better. There is a place in Worcester for a Reuben, there is a place for meatball subs, this is THE place for an Italian.

This place is exceptional! Swung off the highway for a quick bite. It’s a local haunt for the folks working at the hospital down the street. The three people in front of me ordered meatball sandwiches so I followed suit. Delicious homemade meatballs on fresh baked bread. Highly recommended! I’m coming back for the sausage sandwich next time.

This is the best place for an Italian grinder in worcester! It’s my go to place for a quick meal! Always a friendly inviting place. Their bread is amazing and the sauce they use is outstanding! Def check them out next time your in the area.

Terrific subs on the perfect fresh bread. The Meatballs were also TDF.
This place is several blocks away from the Ecotarium in Worcester. We picked up lunch here and ate it in the dining room at the Ecotarium– it sure beat the vending machines, and my kid devoured the yummy food.
