I walked in just needing a charger, and Jeff helped me figure out a better plan (more texts, less money) for my phone as well. He was friendly, clear, efficient, and awesome. He went above and beyond to help me, even telling me how to get an additional discount for being a teacher.
When I got home, I realized by a fluke the charger wouldn’t work with my case. I went back, arriving right at closing time, and Jeff stayed open the extra few minutes to help me. He fixed the problem, and it now works great.
