Very large establishment and clean. Overall good experience and will come back. Didn’t give five stars for the fact we had an appointment and had to wait.

Staff very friendly and helpful. The staff does not rush the pedicures and finished my pedicure 15 minutes after closing time even though I showed up late. I am very ticklish the staff tolerated it.

Over crowded. Not friendly. Not inviting. Way to unorganized. Poor wax. Ive never stayed long enough for a pedi or mani… I prefer not to wait over 15 min in Wooster… not sure who owns this place but I definitely won’t be back. Every Time I stop in they ask of I have an appointment… not worth a stop…

I waited for 1 hour WITHANAPPOINTMENT. I was taken back for a pedicure and realized the chair i was being sat in hadn’t even been cleaned as the lady before me was just getting down. I kindly declined the pedicure and asked for a manicure instead. It was subpar and the polish job was ok. I will not be returning. I would suggest going to Nail Spa and Salon right down the road. They get you right in if you have an appoinment and are very friendly.

I had an appointment for a mani/pedi(gel mani, basic pedi) and it took over 2.5 hours. My mani was over within 40 minutes, but I still had to wait an hour for my pedicure. Other people came in after me and were done before my pedicure was even started. One of the employees apologized for my wait and told me that they were short staffed. Even though the people are nice, this is my second time at this salon and the second time I have waited an extremely long time with an appointment. I will not be returning.

I would not recommend this place. I went to get my acrylics removed, and the guy who cleaned my nails up at the end just kept trying to sell me more things. He put top coat on in a hurry. It was so nasty I just took it off when I got home. He drilled my nails too thin and they broke badly and painfully. He was more interested in me spending more money than making my nails looking good. This guy ruined this whole place for me, and I hope you’ll pick somewhere else so he doesn’t ruin your nails too.

They always do a great job with my mani and pedis! I have had to wait for about 30 minutes before, but it is a popular place and there are only so many chairs. They’re always very accommodating when I bring my girls too.

Before I began working at another salon I went here once to get my nails done. I waited for 30 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Once I finally was taken back I was never asked what I wanted. He just started doing my nails with white tips(which I did not want) and didn’t talk to me once! He had his Bluetooth in and was talking on his phone in another language the whole time. When he was done he then put on a gel coat without asking if I even wanted it. I originally wanted them painted with nail art but he just didn’t listen. When I went to pay my bill was almost $ 60! Come to find out the white tips and gel coat were an extra $ 10 and I wasn’t even informed of! I never went back and never plan on it!!!

I was traveling from LA and went to this salon to have a fill on my acrylics. I saw many staff in the salon that were speedy, friendly and seemed very good at their job. However, the gentlemen who did my nails was not friendly, took 1.5 hours to do a fill, repeatedly told me that my nails were not done the«normal» way and then charged me $ 7 extra because I use the Medium Pink(which he did not tell me until after my nails were done). I was not happy with the paint job — I asked him to repaint and he half did. In the end I left and had another salon fix my nails. Overall I was VERY unhappy with my experience. I do not like writing bad reviews on Unilocal after one bad experience but I can not express how uncomfortable this gentleman made me. I have had my nails done all over the world, in big and small salons, in big and small cities… and this is the first time I have ever felt the need to go write a negative review. I want to emphasize I have never had such an issue before, I have always been able to get the job done I need, I have had folks that were slower… or having a bad day… or just not that great but this was something different. There is another salon just in front of this shop by Chipotle. I reviewed their shop too… I would go there.
