This facility is AWFUL from the stench of urine when you get off the elevators to the lack of ability to properly care for it’s patients. A recent Alzheimer’s patient wandered off from the facility and was wondering aimlessly in Woonsocket with his electronic security bracelet on and the facility refuses to take blame for any wrong-​doing! Imagine a place that advertises a «SECURE living environment for Alzheimer’s and dementia patients» but they DON’T!Don’t risk your loved one there are MUCH better and safer places out there! ZERO STARS SHOULD BE AN OPTION!

I went with a friend who has an aged (89 years old) relative living here. THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING IN THIS FACILITY. 89. The resident was not interactive at all during conversation, refused to eat etc. There was obvious evidence of heat exhaustion. This was also the case last year. I would not recommend this facility to anyone under any circumstance.
