I’ve been coming to the Woonsocket location on and off since August 2011. I am not a fan of the gym. I hate machines and being in a packed building with a bunch of strangers. Rondeaus is awesome! It’s not your typical gym (although the Johnston location does have a 24 hour gym). The class sizes are about 10 ladies, sometimes more or less. The workouts are sweat-tastic and instructors really motivate you! I highly recommend this gym or any of their other locations.
The price is very fair and affordable, unlike the other places advertising kickboxing.
