Great customer service. Got a 1pm late checkout to take showers after running marathon. Plus, front desk gave us 2 waters for the long drive home! Breakfast was ready at 5:30am on a Sunday too!

I’ve stayed at this Fairfield quite a bit. People are friendly and overall, the hotel is in pretty good condition. Whataburger is über close, HEB is close by, and there are plenty of other food choices.
My only pet peeve is that they always seem to forget to process the promo offers. They ran out of Starbucks GC once and was told it’d be mailed but I had to call twice after my stay to get the GC mailed. Another time, I was supposed to receive additional Marriott points, but it never got processed and it took several emails to finally get the additional points added.
It’s great location for me since work is off of Londonderry so I’ll continue to revisit.

This is a great hotel located in Waco with convenient highway access. Being a Marriott rewards member, we always seek out Marriott when we travel. We were not disappointed.
First, the costumer service was above and beyond what we usually encounter. Each and every employee went above and beyond to make us feel at home.
Second, the room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and we actually had a refrigerator and microwave in our room. Because we were in the handicapped room, we were blessed with an extra large bathroom.
We would love to return and would recommend this hotel to anyone!

This hotel is amazing! Right when you walk in you feel welcome. Reservations were made in advance and everything was ready when we arrived.
Some of the top highlights:
Free breakfast from 6 – 10 each morning.
Located next too mall and movie theater.
Excellent staff.
We were staying here because it was close to our competition site for a Saturday morning. We got word that the competition would be rescheduled to the next day due to weather. The staff was VERY cooperative and let us stay in the same room.

As good as it gets! The best hotel experience we’ve had yet. Newly remodeled with modern décor. Super friendly staff. Indoor pool was clean and maintained. The gym in perfect for travelers… a couple of treadmills with TV and free weights, very clean and smelled good (no stinky sweaty smell). Rooms are well decorated with modern color schemes. Breakfast is the standard, scrambled eggs, biscuicts and gravy, fruit, pastries, cereals, etc but what really made the breakfast great was the staff! With the 7 – 11 next door and HEB Plus a five minute drive away, it’s a great location for business travelers and families alike. We will stay here again when we visit Waco.

I stayed her recently with my family. I am a Marriott Rewards member and I was staying on points. I chose this location because it offered the fewest points in the area for a stay. I was not expecting much. I have visited the location last year and it had a tired well worn look about it.
I am pleased to report that the hotel has been fully renovated. The hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. The kind breakfast attendant helped my wife with our kids during breakfast. She even kept it open past closing time because they slept late.
If you are traveling through the area, I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is a mess right now because they are under renovations. I have stayed here many nights and the staff is always nice, the rooms are clean and the free breakfast is good. The only thing I never liked is that they don’t have a fitness room but they give you a pass to a gym that is located across the road at the mall.

Wonderful place! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Located close to Baylor University. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable! The breakfast in the morning offered cereal, oatmeal, sausage biscuits, bagels, fresh coffee and juice! My 8 year old son loved making the Texas shaped waffles! The indoor pool is nice! The lobby has a nice business area and there is free Wifi as well! We found the prices to be very reasonable and the location to be ideal! Highly recommended!
