I used to make this a normal stop when visiting from GA. But now, I would avoid this place. The staff making the food are on autopilot. The pizza had the bottom burnt. The cheese steak was so full of grease/oil that it pored out when you held and sandwich with one side. There is a lack of hygiene, several children were in the food prep area and going in and out, getting drinks and food. I heard a large sneeze by somebody making pizza and he was right back to making pizzas.

Had an issue recently, completely redeemed by great customer service(thanks to the owner). Very good personal care after a not so great experience.

I called in my order for a Stromboli pickup and they said it would be 25 minutes. I showed up 25 minutes later, thinking it would be sitting there hot and ready like most places, and then after paying and waiting a few minutes, I was informed that it was JUST going in the oven. Meanwhile other people were picking up their orders with no wait. Not really happy about it but the one dude was really apologetic hence 2 stars.

The buffalo chicken that was put on my salad was fatty and had a very odd green tinge color to it. I was hungry so I tried to pick through the salad and find any good pieces of chicken that I could eat, but I couldn’t manage to get through another bite without gagging. They gave us mild wings instead of medium wings, which we confirmed back twice before hanging up the phone.

Placed a take out order on a Wednesday night… only ordered 1chicken cheesesteak, 1regular cheesesteak and onion rings. When I got my order home after waiting 35 minutes… I had 2 very greasy regular beef cheesesteaks with broken ½ stale rolls my onion rings were super greasy and all stuck together in a lump. When we pulled them apart the onions came out of the breaking. I was very disappointed in the food and service. When I called to tell them the error, they were willing to make a new sandwich… that would take another ½ hour to fix… sorry I don’t want to wait again for another greasy mess. Sorry guys… I used to be a fan of yours but you’ve gone down hill fast

They used to have awesome pizza… couldn’t drive thru town without stopping for a slice. I was there last week and very disappointed. Not sure what has changed… but it was not as good as it used to be. Papa Luigi in Elk? Awesome… Pitman is great pizza too. My preference is the reheated crispy crust plain slice!

Average pizza, it’s hit or miss. We do order from there on a regular basis though because they deliver.

I’m from Woodstown and can vouch that Papas is usually a hit or miss. When the pizza is made right, it’s really good, but normally that isn’t the case. Usually it’ll be burnt or too slimy to even hold the cheese on. It’s too much of a risk to really bother going there for me, they need to be more consistent.

Probably the worst eggplant parmagiano we have ever had. Barely cooked. Spaghetti was a little better. Greek salad was good, even though they have never had a Greek dressing there.

Papa Luigi’s is a mainstay in Woodstown. The majority of my extended family is in some way connected to the town, so of course I’ve been here plenty of times. Most recently was with my mom in mid-February. The food was decent, though I’d probably switch out the American cheese in the future on the chicken cutlet hoagie. In all: A good place for a sandwich fix in Salem County.

Papa Luigi is essential eating in Woodstown. Pretty much whenever anyone comes to visit, we make a stop there, bring a bottle of wine, have some pizza or entrée… It’s BYOB, and the atmosphere is very relaxed… The dinner specials are usually really good. I always substitute a vegetable for the pasta. Sometimes they have an Italian appetizer bar which by itself is worth a visit… I think the specialty pizzas are rather good.

Tonight, they closed at 10:00. I called at a few minutes after 9:30(approx 9:34) and was told it was too late for delivery; they claimed that they stopped at 9:30(seriously?). You guys might have good food, but your customer service(I’ve had other bad experiences) sucks. I’m taking my business elsewhere…

GREATPIZZA! My niece just started working there about a month ago, so if you have a waitress named Jessica, tell her Momma Bear says hi! Full Disclosure: Papa Luigi’s is one of my website clients; however, I am also a patron and very much enjoy their food and service.
