Horrible place!!! The lady was rude and grabbed my hands with so much hate. And nails fell off the next day! To them yourself don’t go here

This place is outrageous on prices. They may do good work, but $ 60 for nails? This aint Hawaii! You might get $ 40 on O’ahu, but this is the Shenandoah Valley. You aint gunna get no $ 60 to do a basic nail set.

I’m not sure if this place is under new ownership or what, but I just had a great experience here. I got a pedicure and it was better than I expected based on the previous reviews. They used hot stones and hot towels! The staff was friendly too. I’d come here again based on the service I received today.

This place performed the worse nail service I have ever had. I have been wearing nails for over 25 years! The staff only could bad mouth the previous nail tech (who is very experienced and excellent just in a different state). They didn’t want to shape my nails the way I wanted and in the end I looked like I had a matched set of dinner knives on my hands. Never have I seen such a dirty and unsanitary nail salon before. The staff is rude and unskilled.

I stopped in here today to have my gel color removed from my nails, since they were getting long. The workers/​owners here are NOT friendly at all. They bark at you, literally and kept asking me why I wanted my polish removed. I wasn’t too happy with their attitude upon walking in, but I figured since I was there, I’d get the polish removed. (I had my nails done in CA, where I’m from., but was visiting family in the Woodstock area).
They had me soak my nails in a bowl for a few minutes and then started to scrap the polish off with a nail file. It was extremely painful as the technician was very rough. And she was too busy watching TV to pay attention to what she was doing to my nails. I honestly thought they’d start bleeding. Also, the bad attitude continued throughout the «service». It was $ 5 for the removal and she still left remnants of the polish on my nails.
Save your money and go elsewhere. These unfriendly technicians do not deserve it.
