Palm Beach Tan

Worse month of tanning. I bought a package before my wedding and I can’t count how many times they weren’t open on time. Not just a few mins either. 30mins at least. And I would leave. I even called the district number and left a voicemail & didn’t received a call back. Another complaint of mine, I was tan and they wouldn’t let me tan longer than «their» recommendation. so like 8 mins when the bed was a 15 min bed. Don’t tan here. They break their own contract by not being on time. It’s a joke!

I love Palm beach tan, however today when the bed malfunctioned they said they couldn’t do anything for me. I was in the best bed (most expensive) bought a lotion packet. Just a horrible and most aggravating experience. Nothing that I would expect from Palm beach Tan.

I have really enjoyed this place. From the minute I walked in it has been a great experience. The staff was friendly, prompt, and very informative. They also took their time with each customer and made sure you were getting the correct products. I am loving my tan!

When I first got to Palm Beach Tan I was asked to sign in. I talked to Brittany and said I’d never been there. She rudely told me that I was going to have to come with my mom because I was too young (Which was alright because I realize it is a law). Because I really wanted my tan for the next day, I turned around drove to pick up my mom. While on the way back, I asked my mom to call up again and make sure they would wait for us because we didn’t live that close (20 minutes away). My mom was told if we were there at 8:01 the doors would be locked and I couldn’t tan. As I sped down the highway, we finally got there with 10 minutes to spare.
I walked in happy because I was finally going to be able to tan. We talked to Brittany again and my mom saw a special promotion online about getting unlimited tanning for a month. However, she told us that we would only be able to get two weeks worth because it was in the middle of the month. Because a spray tan lasts 2 weeks we decided not get it and just go for the one time only deal and the «Dark with Bronze». We sat down and started to wait for the tanning machine to be ready and while we waited, the woman who came in right behind us went to check in. Brittany told her it was 8:01 so she wouldn’t be able to do a full 20 minutes.
While we waited we also were hearing Brittany complain to us about her being late in the salon. She also told us that she had 26 more things to do before she could leave (and yes, she read every one of them to us). I offered to sweep for her because she was making me feel bad for coming in so late. She declined the offer and continued to tell us how she’s gotten in trouble for letting a customer do her work before. So finally I get into the tanning room, and she briefly told me the positions, and left. In my other experiences with tanning salons they would have paper to put of the bottom of my feet, which I was unpleasantly surprised that there weren’t any. I put the hair net on and the lotion on and got in. The machine went alright however, it sprayed my back 1 time and my front 3 times, but that was the least of my worries at that point. I got out and I wasn’t darker at all, I believe, Brittany gave me the clear tan instead of the one with bronzer.
In the end, I will never be going back to Palm Beach Tan, I don’t think the customer service is worth a dime of my hard earned money.

This is my first tanning membership and the ladies at Palm Beach Tan made the process super easy!
The staff is very knowledgeable about tanning and didn’t try to oversell the products. They took the time to understand my skin type and tanning goals and recommended products accordingly across all price ranges. And when I wanted to try spray tanning for the first time they made me feel comfortable, which I’m sure is not an easy feat.
Some places try to sell across the board instead of understanding that each client is an individual and not everyone needs the same things. Kudos to these guys for being great at what they do.
The facilities are clean and well-​maintained in my opinion. The beds always work great and staff is more than happy to help me learn all the features of each bed. They will even let you know which bulbs are new so that you can maximize your time.
I love this location and look forward to each visit!

I purchased a membership a couple months ago for tanning and I have been very happy so far. The location is very clean and I have only had to wait one time for a open tanning bed — I highly recommend Palm Beach tan for cleanliness and customer service.

This location is always clean, the units are well taken care of, and the staff is very friendly. The prices are reasonable too. No complaints here
