This is the worst dentist office I have ever been to. I waited an hour and fifteen minutes for my daughter’s appt. and even after asking a couple of times what the ETA was, there was no apology or option presented for rescheduling. Then to top things off, their message machine states they are open on Friday’s, but when I arrived for an emergency due to my daughter’s bracket coming off, they were closed. When I called the after hours number, the dr. said I was mistaken about the voicemail and exhibited no remorse about the situation. I immediately called back and lo and behold the answering machine stated they were open, as did their Facebook page and website. Just terrible customer service.
