BEWARE!!! The reason for the low rating is because I had hired this company to clean my home. Greg the owner came out gave me an estimate for 3 ½ hours This was a full cleaning. Oh and my house was not real dirty either. So I left came back in 3.50 hours they were down stairs to my surprise they were not done. I went up stairs and saw that they did not clean the light fixures in the bathroom so I told them the one girl came upstairs to clean them. They left after 5 hours. later that evening I went to check behind them to find that they did not dust the book cases the lamp shade the blinds etc. I immediately, called the office I spoke with someone who was very apologetic. And said that the project manager (Michelle) would call. She did call the next morning. she said that the girls would return and for me not to do anything that they would be there between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m. I waited and waited no one so I then called the Michelle said to me they are coming they are running behind. I explain to her that my husband and I had plans for the evening. To make a long story short this coming is very unprofessional. if they don’t do the work correctly you will not get a refund but they will send someone else out. If you hired them make sure you check everything before they leave especially if LINDA or SAM clean for you. Also on there website it is all good review LIES they tell. In respond to Greg Flegle, Manager Michelle Did not contact me after the second team came out LIES AGAIN. I will be posting pictures at a later date of the sloppy work this company does

Molly Maid is very professional and does exceptional service. The owner came to our house to review all of our needs before giving us a quote. He was very prompt and courteous. When the team came out to clean for the first time, they were very professional and did a fabulous job. I didn’t realize how dirty our house was until I saw how clean they got it. I’m extremely happy with the job they did as well as the price I pay for it. I know my home is safe and that the team will continue to do a fantastic job!
