As I am new to Woodstock I received a free battery replacement letter in the mail from this jeweler and it just so happened the battery on my Fossil was out. Went in and in 10 – 15 min was out. Quick service and really friendly staff!

Holly Springs Jewelers are great! I had an antique wedding band sized and cleaned. It was amazing how beautiful it looked when done, almost didn’t recognize it! Other family members have used them as well, all beautiful work.

Have made several purchases for gifts from here over the years and it is always a hit. I still wear the Citizen watch that I purchased there every day.
Nice selection and great, personable customer service. They take the time to get to know you and your tastes and to make suggestions. They make you feel like a VIP with a personal shopper.

We love Holly Springs Jewelers! My husband got me the most beautiful engagement ring from here and I go back as much I can to have it cleaned. They are always very friendly and I feel so welcome when I visit! We love them and we’re customers for life!!!

I am so impressed with this jeweler. The owner, Annette, is as nice as they come. Purchased several rings and had a couple of stones mounted and set. Also, had a necklace repair done. I was very pleased each time. I cannot say enough good things about this business. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

New to Woodstock & lost a small diamond in my wedding ring. Took it here for repair they replated & replaced diamond looks like new. The staff was friendly so they have a new customer in me!

This review is strictly from a customers service point of view with respect to watch repair service. I did not purchase anything.
Overall the store is very nice and they have some beautiful jewelry. Not a big selection of timepieces. They only carry Citizen. The staff is very nice and friendly and I am happy to see a business like this in Woodstock and wish them the best. The lower rating reflects the watch repair service and the lack of concern for the fact it took just over one month to return. I took a Tissot to D. Geller several months ago and the turn around time was one week. There was no apology for the unacceptable amount of time fix the watch. My recommendation is they find another vendor to repair timepieces.
