G & G Cycles and Service

My Triumph Thunderbird needed a riser and the levers adjusted. Shawn and Brad are super professional and listen to what the customer needs and then offer suggestions or alternatives. Being a female rider, it’s frequent we run into issues of technicians or dealers thinking we haven’t a clue about riding or our bikes — not so at G&G. Shawn and Brad treated me like anyone else with no bias.
They provide great service at reasonable prices and my husband and I will always take our bikes to G & G when they need and service or repair. I highly recommend them.

G&G gets 5 stars PLUS. Shawn and Brad really know motorcycles. They have really improved the look and performance of my 2013 Road Glide Custom. Great folks to work with. I live 2 miles from a Harley dealer and instead drive 25 miles to have these guys work on my bike. Have been referring a lot of friends because I really trust them. I will ALWAYS take my bike to G&G. You owe it to yourself to try this shop out. You will not be disappointed.

I’m picky about where to service my bike. I come from a motorcycle parts shop and mechanic’s background, and I value knowledge and service over shiny showrooms and box-​tickers working a service counter. G&G has the knowledge, the customer service you expect at a good shop, and fair prices. Brad and Shawn will take care of your bike as if it were their own. That’s as much as you can ask for in a bike repair shop. I wouldn’t trust anyone else for advice or service on my bike than G&G.

Honest, Professional, and very knowledgeable. Shawn has been servicing my 09 Street Glide for about 2 years now. He is one of the best in the business. He keeps my bike running like new.

Hands down best shop i have ever been these guys are top notch very family friendly as i had to drop off my bike while i had the kids with me they were the best if you want high class best in the bizz work at a blue collar price so you can ride and still feed the family these are your guys i had kinds of ghost issues with my bike they got rid of all of them no more ghost can not brag about these about brad and shawn hats off boys you are doing it right never go any were else

Not only were these guys professional, but each of the three times I’ve been to them in the last few weeks they have gone above and beyond my expectations. I’ve only recently started riding and I have a relatively small bike, a 125, but both Brad and Shawn made me feel like I was right at home there amongst all the Harleys, and from day one. Besides the regular service I go there for, I always notice things that were done or adjusted or replaced on my behalf. Extra mile stuff like replacing a small reflector or bulb. They don’t even mention it! They searched the internet for the best price on the parts I needed for my specific bike. They have treated each visit like their business depended on it, and that sets them far apart from the rest for me. Both Shawn and Brad clearly love what they do and they made me feel like part of the family. They do exceptional business.

I really cannot thank these guys enough for how much they’ve helped me with my motorcycle. Wonderful people, so knowledgeable, very professional, super kind guys. Their expertise doesn’t stop at Harley’s, they work on all kinds of bikes. Their shop is always clean and organized and their customer service is through the roof. What else could you ask for?

Most people don’t know that they are Harley master of technology certified technicians. They know their stuff. Fast, friendly and affordable. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my bike.

These guys are awesome. I trust them so much more than I do the Harley dealers. Same day service and awesome dudes. Very reasonably priced.

You are not going to get better service for your bike anywhere. These guys are top notch professionals that will get the job done right. I won’t take my bike anywhere else. They treat you like family and I can’t say enough good things about them.
