Top 99 cents

I was disappointed to come here. I understand its a brand new store but my experience here pissed me off. The lady behind the counter SAW ME discussing about how i wanted few balloons for a graduation and birthday for a friend. So when I asked for one of the balloons, she said «pick another number cuz we dont have that one» Ok … so i choose another number «No we dont have that one either. Choose another number» … ummm ok lets go for #54 … «no we dont have that one either» So which one you have??? «We dont have any now». So what didnt you say that when I asked for the first one!!! That totally aggravated me. Like really? Wasted my time. If you had just told me from the beginning «sorry we dont have any balloons right now … we just opened … or its a busy graduation/​bday month» … i would have understand and left. But YOU’RE TELLING ME TO PICK ANOTHER NUMBER and you DONT HAVE ANY!
Turned me off. I rather walk down Grand Ave if I need to be cheap and get something at a 99 cent store. Cuz come on … why spend $ 5 on a balloon that people will receive, say thanks, then pop or let it go?
