Slow customer service. I’ve been coming here for years because the place is near by. However, lines move ridiculously slow.

I like the fact that they have a parking lot, a lot. Every store that had a parking lot in Queens is somewhere I will go often and bring my business to. Anywhere with a parking lot deserves more than a one star as I saw another reviewer give. Parking is part of the service that particular business is offering. I found what I needed the other day that was on sale. The young man at the register is well spoken and well mannered. My bf thought he might have been the manager. If all employees were like him we would live in a better place… just sayin’. There was another lady working there the same day and she walked around with a scowl. Is that necessary? Just wonderin’

talk about horrible service, the floor workers are horribly rude and when I went on line for the two things I paid for their was one cashier with at least 20 people in line! is it so difficult to open up another register when you have 5 people working the floor? Get with the program Rite Aid, I guess this is why I go to CVS, they never let me down.

I really don’t know why I fill my prescriptions here… I guess because it’s close to my apartment. But every single time I go to pick up a prescription, there’s a problem. Either they don’t have my medicine in stock(even though I called two days before to make sure they did,) or they don’t have it ready when I get there or they forget I have insurance on file and try to charge me $ 200. On top of that I find that the pharmascists are rude and condescending. If you ask a question about something they talk to you in a loud, slow cadence like you’re a child.
