Love his place. The lady is so nice to us and the food is delicious. I always go there whenever I am craving Chinese food. It’s sad that not many people know about this place because it really deserves more customers. I recommend this place.

This is the best Chinese food in this area, always tastes fresh and delicious, so many options in the menu.
My favorites: G’so chicken and the vegetable fried rice.
The attention is fantastic, the restaurant looks very clean, and again the food is so yummy.
I have been trying all the Chinese restaurants in the area for the last 10 years, and no one can be compared with this one.

I would like to give Pacific Moon 5 stars for Chinese take out!!! I call for delivery and always get the nicest woman (which is unheard of for Chinese take out) who answers the phone … usually in other takeout places it’s just: «what you want» in a terrible voice … Well this place is the exception ! She is the sweetest, most patient person while you are placing your order. The food is delicious … She will allow you customize your order if you would like to choose certain vegetables … Amazing service, delicious food, quick delivery! Highly recommend Pacific Moon!!!

Very simply, warmly, respectively, kindly & more which you would get from this restaurant and the owner.
Foods are delicious, there became more special with the way that The lady (owner) served you, simply polite, the real definition of «service’, she used her heart not ‘just do it’.
There’s the park at the front. Simply with inside decorative. Great service. Foods are high level with details. I would like to highly recommend this to be ‘must go to’ spot. Definitely would be back for more & more.,. Great taste with respectively service, thank you very much, mam, indeed. Impressed.

It’s hard to come by quality Chinese food in the far Northwest area of Queens (Astoria/​LIC/​Sunnyside). Pacific moon is the exception!
This place is like a shining oasis of quality and tasty Chinese. I have only ordered delivery from Pacific Moon, so I can not speak to the dining-​in experience.
Over a series of orders, I have had: Jalapeño Chicken, Ribs, Sesame Noodles, Crab Rangoon, Pork Dumplings, Egg rolls, Hot and Sour soup and Pork fried rice.
Everything I have tried has been high-​quality and inexpensive.
Bonus points for delivery always coming much faster than expected. Plus the staff on the phone is always very helpful, funny and kind.

I prefer to order from here because it seems sanitary compare to other nasty Chinese restaurants. Taste is okay (maybe 3 stars out of 5 stars?) Nothing special. One thing I don’t like is rice in its fried rice is not fully cooked and very dry. Portion of lunch/​dinner menu is little less than other Chinese restaurants, but I think it is enough for one person. Price is little higher than other places around 50c ~$ 1.

I love their dumplings (fried) one of the best. The food has quality and a very nice atmosphere to dine in. The owner, (a guy) he is friendly. We frequently engage in small conversation while my food is being prepared. Very good people here folks. Great menu too! I will continue to support my local restaurant and hungry for more. Please give it a try.

Usually order from here out of convenience, especially if the weather is bad. The food is good, but what really has me rating the business as five stars is the customer service that they provide. I called in a delivery on a day when it was pouring out, ETA was 20 minutes, and the food arrived promptly at 20 minutes. To my surprise, when I opened the door, it wasn’t the normal deliveryman, but rather one of the owners/​managers, and he was completely soaked. No umbrella or poncho, no bike, no car. He walked to my home to deliver the food despite the weather, and apologized for taking so long as he explained to me that the delivery man was out making other deliveries at the moment. If that’s not dedication, then I don’t know what is. I’m sure they would do everything right by their customers, and for that reason, I will always be ordering from them.

Über nice people. The women who owns the place always has a beautiful smile… I have been going to this place and unfortunately it was closed for a year because the frivolous owners retired and now I is reopened with new owners and a new name. The food hear is good and the service is amazing.

I have to say that the woman who owns this place could not be nicer! A real doll. On a recent 10-​mile stroll, we stopped in for a spring roll and to use the lavatory. I’m glad we did, as my walking companion’s urethral sphincters were about to fail. If you are in the neighborhood, give this place a try!

a good place to eat when you want to get away from all the noise. it has fast food chinese and sushi. the sushi is different yet taste good. its not the typical styles i had. i had a shrimp and seadweed roll which was really good, it was crunchy and soft at same time. i didnt like their scallion and tuna roll though because i dislike that crunch. i also had their take out and it was good too. what i love best is that there is at least 6 parking space right in front.
