Lauren is a dream. I contacted her while I was in between jobs in December/January. I was fortunate enough to have three weeks off before I started a new job, during which I was planning on getting a lot of life stuff and to do’s done that had built up over months of being overworked and commuting three hours a day. As my three weeks came to an end, I realized how much I didn’t finish. I found her on Unilocal and we got in touch in January for her to help me out. As my new job started to suck up a lot of time again, we ended up not getting together to organize my apartment until March. She diligently and respectfully stayed in touch with me until both of our calendars synced. Once she came over to my place, we spent six hours organizing my closet, my bedroom, my entryway closets and my kitchen. She totally revolutionized the way I keep all of those spaces organized and have KEPT them organized still almost two months later. Not only that, she was just a delightful person to spend an afternoon with. When it was all done, she also took all of the items I wanted to give away to Goodwill for me and sent me the tax deductible receipt, with no extra cost of the time it took her. I will definitely be using Lauren in the future when I need to get orgnaized again and highly recommend her to anyone looking to clean up their life!

So I think of myself as a pretty organized guy. Over the past 20 years I had kept every«important» paper, every medical claim, every car registration certificate, and every paper for my student loans which had long since been paid off. I had folders for each thing, but it had gotten to the point where the filing boxes had taken over one of my closets. Thankfully a mutual friend saw the need and introduced me to Let Me Organize It. Lauren helped me go through each one of those boxes and figure out what I could get rid of(we separated into piles of shred/recycle), what I should keep and why, and what I should scan to retain digitally. It was shocking to see all of the clutter I had kept — and for no reason(dentist reminder cards? come on!). After we were done I realized that I would never have been able to do that on my own. I was paralyzed by the thought of having to tackle all of those tasks without support and guidance — Lauren’s help was EXACTLY what I needed. Without her, I’d probably be headed to Staples today to buy another file box and more hanging folders; instead I’m shredding and recycling and trying to figure out to do with all of my spare space! Lauren is calm, courteous, and professional — I never felt as though my clutter was being judged or that she had anything other than my interests as her first priority. I can’t recommend her enough!

YES! Do yourself a favor and hire Let Me Organize it. I couldn’t recommend this company more. Lauren, the owner, is not only extremely organized and professional, she is also friendly, determined, efficient, and simply wonderful. Lauren has successfully transformed my pack rat of a daughter’s room into a peaceful oasis. She engaged with my daughter and encouraged her to come up with a plan to succeed and then helped tweak it to make sure it was realistic. In two mornings, they purged, cleaned and reorganized every corner of her room. My daughter is so proud of herself and I am so thankful for Lauren and her ability to get a lazy pre-teen to take control of her clutter. In just under two months(with the winter holiday break in between) Lauren developed a floor plan, scheduled cleaning and purging days, and worked with us to rearrange the office for our small non profit office space. We now have a beautiful, spacious office and bounds more storage space without having to buy anything new. Our«before» office was quite messy, with crowded desk configurations and WAY too many filing cabinets with shelving units holding stuff that didn’t really need to be there. Our«after» office allows us to work more collaboratively because of the new open space and more efficiently because of the new designated working areas. This kind of larger systemic change is difficult to implement when we’re busy all year working with students both at our center and in schools, so to have the expertise and patience of Lauren was really the only way we could have made such necessary and drastic improvements. She was very understanding of our busy schedule and lack of organizing skills and asked us questions and created the plan according to our needs, wants, and hopes, so that in the end we had something that worked for us. I highly recommend Lauren to other small offices and non profits!
