I am Dominican but my hair is less curly then the usual Dominican so I assumed they would do good with hair since they know how Dominican hair is like.
My hair did come out semi nice but definitely not what I had asked for (not the first time this happened there either).
I asked the owner Lucia how much it would be for what I wanted before she got to work on my hair and she was very vague on pricing. She did not give me a price not even a ball park estimate. She just basically said, «we will see at the end».
I had asked for ombré with platinum ends they said they were not able to make it lighter but they would try.
I told them I wanted my normal brown color at the top as well which then had made it 2x of a darker shade brown then my natural color and I even got (what was supposed to be platinum ends) copper/​yellowish tone ends. No ombré, it was just two colors.
I ended up paying $ 126 for something I didn’t want also I was generous to give her a $ 10 tip after her not giving me what I wanted and after she had burned my scalp from blow drying quite a few times.
I had went there 3 times and that was the second time I got a color that I didn’t want. That experience was my last experience, never going there again.

They are phenomenal at their craft. I’ve colored my hair from jet black to blonde with little to no damage (I didn’t notice any damage), and yet it was still soft and the exact shade I asked for. I couldn’t believe it. They are totally capable of taming my crazy 3c pattern curls into submission. Reasonably priced, great company.

Cheap, cash only, not fancy, straight up salon… THE BEST BLOWOUT!
I also had pieces put into my hair. It came out amazing!!!
