I keep finding boneheaded stuff around my yard: clumsily fixed drip lines where the couplers keep coming apart; a gate latch secured with nails; my fountain wired in on the wrong circuit. Stupidest of all, when my fountain overflows it trips the GFCI, but the outlet was placed underneath the fountain base. These are exactly the type of things that pros are supposed to forsee and avoid; ITE didn’t. My yard still looks good, but I get annoyed every time I run into one of these«features». There were also inappropriate comments last time they were here. Not hiring again.

We are in Redwood City(Woodside Plaza) with lots of heritage trees. We have a giant tree that we love. It needs major pruning and shaping every couple of years. It’s always a tense thing to think about. John Velasquez and his team are such a breath of fresh air. They are knowledgeable, understand the needs of the client, and offer a variety of options to get to the same happy outcome. Heritage(giant, old, community-defining) trees are integral to the value of a home or property, and it’s always a scary situation when pruning or repairing them. I am happy to recommend John and his team of experts. They asked smart questions, set up a plan, did the work and cleaned up after themselves. Their prices were fair and we believe we got a great deal. Real pros, and a pleasure to work with them. I’d call John our«arboreal therapist.» Tip – here is John’s cell 408.595.0183 Matthew Weeks

They were taking down a large dead pine tree in the neighborhood so I asked them to stop by and look at my three heritage white oak trees. Lindell(owner) came over and was very knowledgeable about all the trees. He’s been in business since 1968, bonded and insured. They were here today, did a great job with the trees, were here on time, up in the trees in no time, and did a great job not only with trimming but clean up too. I highly recommend them, they were very reasonablely priced too which is secondary to preserving heritage trees. Lindell Bennett, 800−377−8733.
