I can’t believe how professional, well spoken, and polite this shop is. They clean my engine, detail the whole inside of my car, fix the door on the side and my bumper. I didn’t know that Roise was the owner. She is the one that handle everything with the insurance process. She rated 5 stars with me.

I can’t say enough good things about this business! I needed major repairs on my SUV and was delighted to find a woman owned shop! Rosie treated me like family. They handled the difficult parts of the insurance process for me and everyone I spoke to at the shop was polite and professional! My SUV looks like new. Better yet I wasn’t taken advantage of. This business has my highest recommendation! You will be in good hands.

RUDE NASTY ATTITUDE whoever answers their phones has 0 communication skills.
Tried to make an appointment for today and was told there were no available appointments. So I said «Ok thank you» and the woman asks «when can you come?» so I said, «today is the only day as I’m off from work –no worries, I’ll call another place» and she says «Hello, I’m trying to help you –when can you come?!» So i reply, «Like I said, today is the only day» and she yells at me «I DON’T HAVE TIME AVAILABLE TODAY!»… (ummmm, ok what just happened? Didn’t we establish this already???)
Ok nasty lady, learn how to speak to a potential customer.

While driving to work, all of a sudden, my passenger window just broke and just fell inside the door. I went to G&R, and it’s fixed right away in a couple of hours. They’re very honest and will help you as much as they can.

the customer service provided by Rosie was outstanding. this needs to be your go to auto repair, roadside assistance & towing company–
at 10 o’clock at night i called G & R and left a message… within 6 minutes i had a call back! Rosie, whom i had read rave reviews about was true to form… she said i can help you and she did!!!
my car was dead and i thought i needed a tow. she explained that based on our discussion she can probably jump it. while on the phone with her we came up with a plan– Rosie met me at my house at 8 AM, i handed her the keys and took the train to work. she called me within 20 minutes to tell me she had started my car, reset my navigation system and reset my radio. she also started a claim with my insurance company.
in an industry with so many horror stories Rosie sets the bar. and she also followed up with a phone call that evening to make sure everything was alright with my car and that i found the keys she left for me.
She is now my go to person for all things relating to my new car…
