National Windows, Siding, Roofing

Since I could not get to the point of having work performed by National Windows, Siding, Roofing, Inc., this review pertains to sales and service.
I was in a pinch and needed repairs quickly estimated and completed. I called around and National said they could come out the next day. The next day, ten minutes before the scheduled time, I received a cancellation call due to rain. While I understand roofing work cannot be completed in the rain, it surprised me that basic estimating work could not. But I was okay with that and we rescheduled to the next day. The next day I received a cancellation call FIVE MINUTES before our appointment time, from the Rep who was an hour away and wouldn’t be able to fit me in.
So in summary, National over-​promised and under-​delivered on a pre-​sales basis, and we weren’t able to use them for our work. I won’t entirely rule them out in the future as most reviews are very positive.
