McDonald’s

This McDonald’s always has cold drinks, which is always a plus! Sometimes the food is hot, and more frequently the food is room temperature like it’s been under a heat lamp for a long time. Try to go when they’re busy because the food is more likely to be hot.

I don’t expect any high level service at a McDonalds. They are a fast food chain that serves extremely cheap food (I have no problem with this). I have two boys ages 6 & 3 so we are at McDonalds all the time. I showed up at this McDonalds and they were having problems with the heat being off. Our family is used to being cold, so it was not a major issue to us. The manager walked over to us and gave us a heartfelt apology for the heat being off. I was very impressed as I watched him continue to walk around trying to improve the small things in the McDonald’s. I have been to at least 50 McDonald’s and have never seen this before…

I usually come here with the kids because they have a play area. Fairly clean location, and I have occasionally ordered McFlurry or some other sort of chemically created items and it tastes good, service is good.

Probably the nicest and most intelligent crew members in the area. Most of them should be managers!

There are some serious management problems at this location, which is probably why they have such a big turnover but without a doubt this location has the worst drive thru service in Illinois, they could screw up a one car funeral!

I have to go miles out my way every morning to go to a proper McDonalds… even though I can’t miss this one on my commute. Everything serve is old and tastes funky. They need a serious management and quality rehab.

I only give them 1 star because you have to. ive been to this mcdonalds multiple times and each time I leave asking myself WHY. it is the slowest mcdonalds ever and you would think that your food would be extra fresh since it took so long but its always OLD not even hot anymore. Just nasty!
last time i went i got a Big Mac and of course it was cold. not like warm it was actually cold. as i was eating it i noticed it was basically just bread. I opened up the buns and it wasnt a full patty it had all fallen apart. I dont even want to know why the burger was in 3 pieces and missing a chunk. I couldnt even eat it anymore !! WORST McD’s EVER!!! they need to fire everyone who works here and hire some competent employees who would actually appreciate the job and take some pride in it.
*Not normal for the meat in your big mac to be in 3 pieces missing a chunk!!! And I know its a Mcdonalds fast food but the mcdonalds on fairview/​ogden is amazing. you actually WANT to eat there! I love mcdonalds! But this mcdonalds is a disgrace.

Im going to give a 4 star review just to offset the low ratings… because its a McDonalds in a gas station, people! they sell food items for $ 1, what the heck do you expect? «My big mac was cold»… is it really much better warm? I wouldn’t say any location serves gourmet food.
Mcdonalds is a real estate company. The food chains that sit on their properties are secondary. stomach feel empty? throw change on the counter for a mcdouble or mcchicken and and 3 minutes later youre done eating. mission accomplished.

why is it that everytime i go here, they always forget my condiments. all i ask for is grape jelly, how the hell do they get that confused with strawberry jelly? one time i took an order for a co-​worker for lunch and they screwed that up too, which caused me to have to go back and get the correct order. this resturant is too fast, they need to slow down and get customers orders right instead of focusing on going FAST
