Wish I could do zero stars. Do NOT buy this groupon. Make it impossible to schedule with groupon and I’ve basically lost $ 129. It’s a complete bait and switch. I am actually filing a complaint with groupon over it. Terrible service. Unfriendly person who answered the phone that didn’t even try to help with accommodating the groupon. As someone who gets massages a few times a month… I thought I would give them a try. Never. Horrible attitude and service. Stay with the retails spas or massageluxe. Even look at their response to «Linda’s» review below… snotty and completely void of empathy that she had a groupon that she paid for and was trying to use. They didn’t even try to accommodate.

I suffer from stress in my neck, shoulders and back. My pain is excruciating to say the least. I made an appointment with Elements. Today, I had my first experience with Caesar and he is phenomenal. He really cares about your concerns. I feel more relaxed than I have in a while. The staff is so friendly and they got me an appointment immediately with care. I truly recommend coming here for a nice experience. I will be going back. Thank you Elements Massage staff!

Worst massage company ever !! They are only after your money. They have employees working there that give out fake names, do not give full details on gift cards, and give terrible customer service. I called there on Feb 11, to set up an appointment for a massage for the same day. When I set up my appointment they asked me if I was going to be using a gift card I said yes they told me bring it when you come and to gibe my name phone number and a credit card they could hold on file to reserve my appointment but I would not be charged as long as I brought my gift card in with me. I arrived ten mins before my appointment and gave my gift card I was then told it was only good at certain locations. I said o I did not know I got this as a Christmas gift. I will go to other location. The girl who told me her name was Michelle but evidentially was not said I would be charged a $ 35 late fee I said for what I was not late. I was told it was because I was not keeping my appointment. I said no I want to be able to use my gift card. I got my credit card statement a month later. Showing they charged me $ 89! I called to speak to owner or Manager and manager Christina answered phone … Told me there was nothing she could do about the charge and that is their policy. She tried to rush me off the phone and was no where near customer service friendly. I told her I want her to take my name and phone number and give it to the owner I want to fix this issue. She rudely took my info and said some one would contact me back. A week went by and still nothing … So i called again. Christina supposedly happen to answer the phone again. Explaining to me that she can not make the owner call any customer back and that she did pass on my information. I told her I needed to figure this out and get to the bottom of it. She tried rushing me off the phone once again as if I was not even a customer. I told her I want a phone call back or I would be in the location to speak to her or the owner. After that phone call ended I was then contacted by the police department leaving me a voicemail telling me I was not allowed to call back nor allowed in their location or I would get harassment charges!!! I was shocked as ever that this company had the audacity to one charge me $ 89 when I was told it would be a $ 35 charge and then two that they are calling the police on me when they are the one a scamming me out of my money.!! This company has no customer service skills at all. And I advise everyone who calls to make an appointment to never ever eve give them a credit card number ! They will charge you for services you never even received !!

I haven’t even been to this place yet and they’ve totally turned me off. I’ve been trying for four days to make the appointments for the 3 massage deal through Groupon. Apparently you can buy the Groupons but you can’t actually use them. They don’t take them on holidays and have a quota for how many Groupon appointments they’ll take in one day. Even though the massages are paid for, you still need to provide a credit card number in case you cancel for their cancellation fee. I even tried leaving my credit card number on their voicemail when no one answered during business hours and they called back to say that their quota for Groupon appointments was met for the day and they couldn’t book my appointment. It’s been four days so now I can’t cancel my Groupon and I’m stuck with appointments that don’t really work for my schedule for a place that isn’t really interested in my business. I’ll write a review after I have my massages, but so far, this place has made me jump through hoops and have not delivered on customer service.

Loved my massage with Michelle. She asked questions to determine the type of massage I wanted. She determined the pressure for the massage I wanted. She focused on my trouble areas. I left relaxed and stress free. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Everyone was professional and friendly. I can not wait to come back for another session. Love it!

By far, the ABSOLUTEBESTMASSAGES I HAVEEVERRECEIVED!!! I I used to work at Mario Tricoci for many years and took advantage of the employee discount with the ‘best’ massage therapists on a monthly basis. I also used to have a membership at Massage Envy that I will only say, I discontinued. Being a fan of massages for relaxation, I was in desperate need of a massage during a very stressful time in my life. I gave Elements massage a try, as it is close to my home and I heard great things. Walking in, I only had intentions on receiving my massage, paying and leaving. After seeing Michelle however for the ABSOLUTEBESTDEEPTISSUEMASSAGE I HAVEEVVVVVVERRECEIVED, I inquired about more information. The front desk staff was so nice and helpful. I am greeted my name every time I walk in there and they never tried/try to «push sales» down my throat as you experience at other places. It is total relaxation from the moment you walk in, until the moment you leave!!! Like other places, you can become a member and pay a monthly cost which equals out to 1(1 hour) massage a month. If you choose to receive additional massages, they deduct money from each additional massage(ask them, they will explain it better), and you can stop or put a hold on your membership at any time! I am extremely disappointed with the Customer Service I received at this location. This happened about a month ago, but it made me so unhappy I felt compelled to write this review. Although Jessica gave a great massage, I will not return due to the Customer Service I received. This review it not based on her service at all, it is the service I received from the owner. I purchased a Groupon, which was $ 120 for 3 massages. Although it expired on 7/8, the Groupon stated that«The amount paid for this voucher($ 120.00) with Elements Therapeutic Massage– Woodridge NEVEREXPIRES.» It did not, however, explain that it was up to Elements to decide how I was able to spend that money. Since the Groupon was for 3 massages, they were going to divide the $ 120 I paid over 3 massages… that is fine… however, they refused to honor the 3 massage package they have for $ 225. Instead, they want to charge me the full price of $ 89.95 per massage. If they are going to divide my $ 120 over 3 massages, they should at least honor the 3 massage package price. What made it even worse is the weird look and attitude I got when I mentioned this package. She pretended and tried to tell me there was no such price… until I showed her on their website! When I asked to speak with a manager, she told me that was her. I did stay for the one massage I scheduled, but I will not return for any more. There are several others places in my area, that actually offer much better prices… in fact, I recently became a member at LaVida Massage in Willowbrook on Rt. 83. The owner gave me no to reason to return and was very unwilling to work with me.

Had three massages here(because of a groupon) and each was worse than the other. This place charges as much, if not more, than similar type businesses but the service is sub par. The massages were terrible and the place looks really cheap.

Well I have to say I am not rating the massage itself but the service I received to start and end with. I made a 1st time appointment for 3:30 told them my needs and I was suppose to be with someone named mary. I left for my appointment a little early so to get there on time. So on the way there I get a call from the place saying they are running behind and could I come at 4pm instead. I explained that I was already on route and would be there in a few min. I was told that they don’t like to run late but they were and there were plenty of places for coffee around the area. So I was like ok(because I dont think I really had a choice in the matter) so I said ok ill see you at 4. I get there at 5 min to 4pm as they requested. I filled out the paper work, then I went to the bathroom. I came out and met Jessica. We spoke for about 2 min about what I needed her to work on, then she left for me to het undressed I had told her I only need a min doesnt take me long to get undressed. She syated she would go to the bathroom and then be in. When she came in and turned the lights down I asked what time it was she said 4:20. Then she said she didnt have any apptments after me and she would work on me a little longer in the end because we started a little later. The massage was good can’t complain. But she handed me a note thay said you have a 5:30 appointment. So she was telling me to take my time. I said was that an hour and a half. She started ti twll me how long it takes to do consultation in the beginning and to change.etc. I have been getting massages for years. I was paying for and 1 ½ hour. Not 1 hr and 15 min. That is kinda like false advertising. When I come in and fill out tje paperwork I am telling you what is wrong with me I should go in room get undressed and therapist should come in start working on me then ask so what are we working on today. Dont waste MY time that I am paying for. The manager ciuldnt even come up and talk to me, they talked thru the receptionist. The end result was I payed for the visit and they said they were going to talk to the therapist. I told the girl this was my 1st visit and this was not an impressive move and I probably wouldn’t come back. Jessica you did a good job that’s why they got the 3 stars from me would have been higher had they had handled it better.

I have been meaning to return here its just a haul from my house. I’m surprised there’s only 1 review, and that its bad. While there’s no fluffy over the top ambiance or ooh LALA pampering or fancy locker rooms before my service, I still walked out very happy and relaxed. I saw Caesar. He was so nice, professional, and a great therapist! The price is very average not too high or low. I will definately go out of my way to return– fingers crossed he’s still there!

The atmosphere was very nice and soothing, everything was very clean and aesthetically appealing. Unfortunately, my massage wasn’t that good. I’m not sure if my therapist was new, but he seemed a little hesitant in his technique and definitely not enough pressure. I don’t like a painful massage by any means, but this was more lotion rubbing and massage. So that was disappointing. I had a coupon for the massage, so it was discounted about 50%…thank goodness. I would probably try them again with a different therapist.
