Great customer services this location. Can’t complain. Thanks so much. Been a Chase customer for nearly a decade.

The wait at this particular Chase branch is ridiculous! I waited 10 minutes in the drive-​thru to deposit a check. After 7 minutes of waiting the teller asked me if this was for a deposit. What were you doing for 7 minutes? There wasn’t anyone else in the drive-​thru and as far as I could tell 1 person was working at the bank drive-​thru window. I will never depend on this branch for a transaction again.

I have genuinely enjoyed the customer service this bank has provided me over the last 22 years of having a bank account. My parents opened a savings account for me in this building after my birth. It has changed hands about 3 times, most recently becoming Chase Bank more than 8 years ago. Since the opening of my savings account I have utilized Chase to open a High School/​College checking account and my two primary credit cards are through them as well.
The bankers are always very polite and courteous. Whenever I have a question they make sure someone has the time to sit down with me and talk out the issue. The bankers are very clear about what the expectations/​rules/​penalties are every time I open a new account and even talked with me at length about potentially taking out a college loan through them (which I ultimately decided against). However, take my review in stride, because I don’t do any hardcore banking just yet. No mortgage, no fee to have a college checking account, and minimal bill paying. I’m mostly depositing my babysitting money right now and letting it gain interest in my savings account.
The one issue I have is that they seem to be closed on every single random holiday. I get it– it’s a bank and that’s what happens. They close and get holidays off. I’m a grinch for expecting them to work all the time. The only reason I know to even think that as a complaint is because my cousin works at West Suburban Bank and I am pretty sure they are literally open every day except Christmas, though I could be wrong. It would be nice if it was open on a few non-​celebrated holidays since those seem to be the few times I have the ability to drop off my cash and non-​direct deposit payments.
