Using Bekins for my move was unquestionably the worst customer experience I have ever had. The company missed the outer limit of my already extremely long delivery deadline(over two week window) by a week(.so they had my things for over three weeks), and in the process I was directed to multiple managers who were all unresponsive and dismissive of my questions. They didn’t even notify me that the delivery would be late in the first place — I found out the day before because I called to check in after hearing nothing from them for the previous two weeks. Use literally ANY other moving company, and I can promise it will be better. They will be completely unresponsive after they charge you, which occurs well before anything you are having moved is delivered. They take no responsibility for their contractors, and are just genuinely not concerned about the customer and the service that they are supposed to be rendering. Horrible horrible experience.
