The staff here are super annoying. They will follow you around and bother you the entire time you’re in the store. They make ridiculous small talk — can’t a girl shop in peace?! Especially at a place where you drop $ 60 for a yoga tank. Personally I like some of the lulu tops and pants — I had an issue with one pair of pants — the infamous see through version. Yikes! Their customer service via phone helped with the return and I ordered a different pant. Bonus — they offer free hemming in store. I’d rather order online though and avoid the sales people.

Well my daughter was so exited. I traveled 2500 miles to visit for her birthday. We scoped out the nearest store as she wanted Lululemon headbands. Specifically white.
I had no idea that was tough request. A store that size charging that much could at least have white. But no, we left empty handed. really sad.

Friendly employees. They were knowledgeable about the design of the different products and the differences among them. The cashier had great attention to detail and notified me (even tho the tag already said it on certain items) which items were final sale asking me if that was okay. Their bags that you get when you buy something are great quality and the large ones can be used as reusable grocery bags. Clean well organised store. Small men’s section in front right and then unisex items in the center of the store. Fitting rooms available.

Love lulu but way overpriced! Yoga is not just for people with discretionary income to blow on yoga ware! really a pair of yoga pants for $ 99. teens can not afford this nor can families. really need to work on bringing down the costs because I can go to Boombha and buy the same pants for half the cost. And not all yoga people are small chested! All bras are too small for anything over a C cup. net to The Yoga Journal and found lots of new lines that cater more to the norm. Not sure why Lulu was not represented at NYC Yoga Journal. I love your fun nature and marketing yet really need to make it more affordable.

Nice but overpriced clothing with a poor exchange policy. I was given a hat as a gift, it was clearly too large for me and not worn. The hat still had the tags on it and was purchased less than 2 weeks ago. Their excuse for not allowing an exchange was for cleanliness purposes but if they are concerned about cleanliness they would not allow patrons to bring dogs into the store. I also feel the staff can be a bit pushy when it comes to sales, do not be so pushy when you have such a strict exchange policy.

Yes, I am excited to have a Lululemon in the Cleveland Area! This shop is a special treat because the women who work there are overly helpful. It was a fun experience popping in there to pick up some comfortable, and stylish duds!
