I like the way this store has places to sit. The location had good parking and they sell good accessories. I would recommend this store over the other one for sure. The staff is sometimes a little unprofessional, and they also smoke in front of the building which isn’t cool.

Came in for a broken phone and the employee provided no help other than call an 800 number. Instead he wanted to compare my owning a phone to a dishwasher you buy at Sears and that Verizon stores aren’t responsible for replacement. If this is how Verizon represents itself through these stores, I’ll be changing my carrier.
