This place has a pleasant staff for strictly selling their inventory, but not helpful beyond that.
I went in to buy a new oven range as my old sliding range had failed. As soon as I mentioned sliding, I was told they only had one in stock, and that I would have to go to Sacramento or Fairfield to look at more. Not once did they mention that a freestanding range could still be installed with minor modifications.
Went to another nearby appliance /​repair store. They are able to install without any problem and they also had wide variety of free standing AND slide in ranges. Free standing are much less expensive so that is what we are getting. Very easy and helpful staff at this place! Also am getting a new microwave. Getting both quality units for the price of one Sears unit!
Have a Sears dishwasher and refrigerator. Will go to the other place for all of my appliance needs from now on.
