Round Table Pizza

I hate to give low reviews, but went there recently and the place looked dirty. The salad bar was a mess. Everything was mixed in together, it turned my stomach. The place was slow, lots of employees, made me wonder where the manager was and why they were not checking up on it. I also noticed the video arcade for the kids is right next to the salad bar, and saw little kids running past it and could envision them reaching in and scooping out with their hands. Yuck. The kitchen is open for all to view while placing your orders, and there was such a mess on the floors, paper, trash, etc, and no one bothered to sweep it up, just stepped over it. Such a shame to have such a bad presentation because their pizza is pretty good. Unfortunately, their beer (Blue Moon) was flat and warm, maybe a bad night? Not sure, but I probably won’t be back… SOS management!!!

Generally, my opinion has been that RT is one of the better pizzas out there. However, I think after my last delivery that I got, I don’t think I will be continuing to get pizza from here. The quality it seems has become inconsistent for a while and continuing to deteriorate, the last pizza I ordered was not great at all and was missing toppings (the missing toppings, really…). I didn’t bother dealing with it this time because I didn’t want to wait another 45 minutes for a replacement pizza and with what the quality of it was, I think I’m done. Especially for how expensive RT is, this is very disappointing.
The people who have delivered have generally been nice, the girl who delivered this one was nice, and a few months back they went out of their way to get a couple of pizzas delivered to my workplace shortly after 11AM. They have generally been good about delivering in less than 45 minutes.
I think we will get delivery from Steve’s from now on, they deliver and have had, so far, consistently good quality. Helpful hint: Pizza Guys a few years ago seemed to start going cheap on their ingredients and quality (I thought they used to be pretty good) and I can probably count on one hand how many times I’ve had Pizza Guys since. If you want to retain loyal customers and you are offering quality food, then maybe if it ain’t broke then don’t fix it. I just have low tolerance for low quality and it seems this wouldn’t be a wise business practice to continue. People are generally willing to fork out money if it is good.

Walked in and immediately noticed how dirty it was. I almost walked out but was really wanting RT. The next closest would be Davis (much cleaner and friendlier service). We proceeded to order. The cashier obviously hated her job– didn’t greet us, didn’t smile, barely audible, didn’t even repeat our order or say one word other than our total. She handed us the signature receipt and pen without a word then handed us the actual receipt and out plates and cups. Didn’t say one thing during the whole interaction besides our total. The staff was totally unprofessional, yelling «answer the phone!» They need to clean house and hire new staff.

Ordered a pizza for delivery with a 45 minute eta. A hour passed, still no pizza. Apparently the woman who took my order didn’t write down the correct address and read it back to me. She blamed me for not picking up the phone when she called instead of apologizing for her mistake. I get horrible cell service here. Pizza arrived 2 hours after placing the order, also arrived partially smashed up. Good pizza though despite their screw ups

Tables were dirty and did not get cleaned for ½ an hour until after i left. Pizza looked like it had been sitting out for a while and there was 2 of the same kind. Wont be coming here again dont recommend it

Really bad. Almost all tables where left dirty for long periods of time. The customer service was so so besides the lady in the back yelling demands at other employees. Prob will come back tho just because this the only roundtable in town.

Should I review? I didn’t even really eat here. I went to order online and it said the wait time would be 90 minutes. 90MINUTES??? Are you getting your dough from Italy? I’ll just go back to Domino’s.

This place has no idea what an all you can eat buffet is. It is all you can eat of what they want you to eat. Pizza was cold and greasy. When I asked about bringing out more pizza, was told that what was there had to be eaten first. If no one was eating it, I guess we were not getting anything new and hot. Manager told me that several pizzas were brought out and when I told her that there had not, she began arguing with me so I showed her a picture I took of the buffet when I arrived and what was out there 40 minutes later and all she could say is that they brought out more pizza and had no answer for the proof she was lying.

As usual Round Tables Customer Service is Non existent and not just at this location at every location, BUT this one was much worse then normal.
When we came in all the tables were dirty or occupied. We stood there waiting for one of the 4 employees just standing there to come clean a table but they never did and I was with my grandma and she needed to sit down so I just started bussing a table myself and even used my own hand sanitizer to clean the table top after I cleared all the trash off it…
Even after the employees saw me bussing my own table they still made no effort to come help me or even say thanks or sorry or anything. After I Bussed the table I brought all the trash over to the girl at the register and left I on the counter right in front of her and she still said nothing just looked at me with deer in the head lights look…
As usual Round Table only hires the worst employees… thanks again Round Table you never disappoint lol.

The one in Woodland has been the worse one I have been to. Customer service sucks! Food was ok. I will not be going back.

Disappointing. Definitely been to better Round Table locations. Buffet was inedible. Pizza was undercooked and mushy. No variety either. I have ordered a pizza and that was much better. Staff is not friendly, and often rude. Honestly pizza guys is much better. Won’t be back

So I know there are fantastic local pizza places in the world, but I actually like the pizza at Round Table. For me it is by far the tastiest large pizza chain out there.
The customer service at this location, however, is one of the worst I’ve ever experienced at any business, and not just once, but on pretty much every single occasion. We always pick up our order to-​go, and it is astonishing how much bad customer service they can squeeze into such a small window of time. I have stood at a register and watched/​listened to employees cuss, flirt, punch each other, text, etc. when all I want to do is pick up my pizza and go! We have had to remind them to include parts of our order (which are listed on the receipt!)
I have literally watched as 3 employees stood behind the counter doing nothing but gossiping and have one finally stop for a moment in their epically important conversation to tell me «he» will be here in a minute to help me, pointing to an employee who is sitting at a table texting.
This place is about a minute from our house and we would go much more often if they could get it together, but we just have such a hard time giving our business to a place that clearly puts no value on customer service and puts no effort into training their staff, or at the very least holding them accountable for doing their job. There is ZERO chance we would actually sit down and eat here; I can only imagine what they could do to us or what we would see/​hear if we were there for more than a few minutes…

Salad bar is pretty good and pizza is good. But the restaurant is a little dirty. Also I asked where new plates are for the salad bar and the employee said to reuse the one he already gave me. Really?

Food wise (Pizza wise) it’s A-​OK! The place is empty and it smells. Well, I am not used to entering restaurants that smells like that. It is only here in the US, where I’ve encountered places that smells. Anyway, I give them another 3-​stars for offering discounts and promotions. Service was fast. Other than that, I don’t think I’ll be back for more pizza here. Just not my cup of tea.

Expensive but tasty. They have excellent deep dish and thin crust. Always have good online deals.

Employees bickering right in front of customers, most tables left dirty for long periods of time, online order took forever to make, salad bar neglected.

Have been back since, and it was slightly better — raising to 2 starts. Still pretty weak service, and tables left dirty until they all fill up. Salad bar neglected while employee right next to it fills about 50 pepper shakers — even after I mentioned that half of the salad bar was empty.

Worst Eating experience! My grandma and I went about a week ago and I kid you not, every table was dirty and only one clean table in the whole place! Not only that there employees could clearly see that and they were goofing off and when asked to clean tables, said I don’t want to! They also did a bad job on the food and even got our two Maui zawi pizza orders wrong! Brought us one cheese, one Maui Zawi… Highly do not recommend! Need new management and employees!

Low rating because Round Table pizza in general sucks?
Ok, guess we all have different standards to our reviews.
Yah, Round Table pizza isn’t exactly going to be world shaking in quality. But it sure beats Little Cesar’s, and I can’t think of any other pizza places in the immediate area.
The people here now recognize me from regularity, so perhaps I get my food a bit faster, and as a result I’ll say I like their service. Their evening guys are friendly as well, even taking special requests for what type of pizza they’ll make for their «pizza buffet» time. It’s not world class, but it’s that extra effort that gives them something of note in my eye.
The big reason for the 4 star? The giant windows for 2 walls. So many of the Round Table’s are closed off dark areas. This one feel roomy, if only for the windows that are there. Seems odd, I know, but hey, that boosts them from a «ok» 3 star to being worth that 4’th in my book… until they screw up my order.

Why do people like how Round Table people taste? I’ve had good pizza and you can’t get it here or at any Round Table. More like an acid reflux special. But their sandwiches are okay.
