I usually go to razz because its closest to where I live. I’ve never had a bad experience, until today. My boyfriend and I were at the register when I handed the girl working a 20 dollar bill. She ran it through the machine and handed it back to me and said«this is fake» as she moved her head and neck back and forth as if she was saying«I caught you». I was so confused, and all I could say was«how?» And she took the bill back and said«well, I have this handy dandy machine» as she put the bill back on the machine. Fortunately, she checked the bill again and realized that it was real. She didn’t even apologize. I will never go back because of that girls attitude, I work at a credit union and work with fake bills all the time, but I have never given a member such attitude. The customer service that I received today made razz lose a loyal customer.

Go here quite a bit with my kid who is 5. Kayla is awesome and got to know her well(or at least my kid) — she is so sweet and always willing to help and remembers she likes a squirt of whip cream and gets it ready for her before we even ask. Price is right and even less then others in town, but the customer service has been excellent the last few months. New employee this year has made the difference from the rude girl last year. Lost one star just because it looks dingy but it is clean it’s just the poor choice of white walls and chairs!

Love that it’s self serve! Not too many selections but what is here is good and lots of toppings to choose from! Lots of fruit toppings too!

The yogurt is good, but the place is getting worse. The lady running the store was not watching the kids that were trying the toppings and the yogurt with their fingers. Dropping the scoop things on the floor and finally, a kid put her mouth into the cherries. I only gave it 2 stars because of the good yogurt.

The flavors taste really plain. They should also have a bigger variety. rather then just 4 flavors. Their topping sections are delicious and fresh. But combined with the flavorless flavors they are useless

This is a great place to go. Kids love it. Most of the games they have there work. The kids love all of the choices. Its refreshing to have a place that has bobo beads. I am glad i go here. Plus free wifi makes it even better. Customer service is great too.

Great selection of flavors and toppings. Some employees seem a bit shy but I’m there for the yogurt which is very yummy. Also non dairy which is even better!

Had to go to nearby Joanns for some hard to get fabric I needed. It was a very hot day and Razz Fro-yo sounded good. I tried the Reese’s Peanut Butter and it was really good. I would of totally ordered that with the chocolate shell and marshmallows but S.O. wanted the Pomegranate mixed with Tart with poppin boba and fruits. There was a lot of mix-ins: like a variety of poppin bobas, chocolate shell sauce, warm chocolate fudge, peanut butter and a variety of fruits, gummis and chocolate candy. I liked the yogurt but it was a little too soft. Almost too liquidy and not fully solid. Maybe it was a new batch but too soft for me.

Horray for Razz Frozen Yogurt!!! Ten years ago… or so… there were frozen yogurt places everywhere… then they suddenly went the way of the dinosaurs. I was soooooo disappointed. My son was stationed in San Luis Obispo this last year and low and behold, there was a frozen yogurt store… I was so thrilled. Then I realized that I would miss it when I went back to the Woodland area. One day when we were in town grocery shopping at Raleys, we saw Razz and I gave up lunch just to go have frozen yogurt… no regrets here! Now we stop every time we go into Woodland. The selection of frozen yogurt varieties is great… usually between 4 – 6(personally, I usually mix the sorbet types with vanilla or the tart traditional). The toppings are fresh, displayed in a clean environment, and of a huge variety. The staff are friendly, attentive, and really seem to care that things are clean and well-stocked. You can either sit inside at the tables(they have some curvy open booth thing with no table, but it doesn’t look comfortable to me so I don’t sit there) or you can go outside at nice bistro type tables(weather and bugs permitted… welcome to Yolo County… they can’t be helped). My only complaint. and it really isn’t one because everyone in the industry is using this format now… is the price. If you aren’t really, really careful you end up with lots of yogurt and toppings, but also a $ 8 – 10 price tag per container lol. For those on a really tight budget… tread lightly… if you are up for a special treat then by all means, spoil yourself… it is well worth every penny. We are so glad to have you in town and you definately have two fans who will return again and again. Keep up the awesome work! Well-done!!!

I visit Woodland often to see my Girlfriend(as im local to the bay area not up there). After lunch, we decided to drop by this Razz place, since it was right next to lunch. The froyo here? DELICIOUS. Very friendly staff as well. If im ever in the area again, I will most likely stop by here.
