On The Go Mobile Car Wash

Horrible business practice. I have left several messages over the past few months. I’ve never received a call back. Ridiculous.

Jose was doing my neighbors car a few months back and we talked about my truck and doing a small detail to get the sap etc off, his pricing was great, the problem is I have left 6 messages and can’t get a call back! So I guess they don’t need the business! Too bad for me and them!

I would like to be able to give them stars… any stars really. But over the past 2 weeks I’ve left 2 voice mails & called 3 times (once the mailbox was full) and NEVER received a call back. A friend recommended them and I was totally excited to have my new car hand washed rather than go through the ‘tube’, but ended up washing my car myself.

Every time I need to go get a car wash I groan because I hate having to hang out and wait for my car to get cleaned. It takes FOREVER and I’m usually too preoccupied to get lost in a magazine or book when I know I need to get other stuff done. I also have a 20 month old child and the idea of waiting at a car wash for 45 minutes seems like an all day event.
I noticed a neighbor had a mobile car wash company at her house the other day and immediately figured it was very expensive to have someone come to your house to clean your car. NOT THE CASE! I called «On the go» mobile car wash and was pleasantly surprised that it only cost $ 20 to wash and clean my four door mazda ($ 25 for an SUV)
I called around 11: AM to schedule an appointment, and they were able to fit me in at 1: pm. The gentleman who came to clean my car was on time to the minute, professional, and friendly. He informed me that he would be cleaning my car for about 45 minutes.
He was quick, clean, and quiet in my driveway-​I barely noticed he was there. When my car was perfectly cleaned afterwards, I marveled at the fact that I never had to leave the comfort of my home to get a nice, professional service that left me with a clean, shiny car for a mere $ 20!!! A steal!
I recommend ANYONE to use «On The Go,» I cannot tell you what a huge value this service was!
