I’m not used to this level of service! Not only were they open on the fourth of July, they had a really great sale going and FANTASTIC customer service. No «grumbles» about anything, just extremely friendly and not pushy at all! And despite the holiday, they still managed to get me next business day delivery — FREE! I was expecting the delivery men to just drop the box off at my front door, but NO! They came in and put it all together for me and were nice about it! Plus, the price was impossible to beat, even the used bed frames on Craigslist couldn’t compete with the price I got. I bought the bed frame for my mother and she says the she likes the wood tone, and that the frame is very functional and sturdy. A+!

Had an amazing experience buying a new mattress at this location. Matthews destroyed the competition in almost all facets (price, delivery turn-​around, understanding of my financial situation by salesperson, etc.). Don’t go anywhere else to get a mattress!

Jim Hoglund has been great when needing to buy beds. I have recommended him to may people that I know. He is very knowledgeable about mattresses and has been in the business many years. He once helped me get a bed delivered out of state via a shipping company, so he knows how to think outside of the box.
Jim doesn’t work at this location frequently, but ask for him when you arrive. Ask him for a deal, his prices usually meet or beat those from other large mattress chain stores.
