PASS! Go Elsewhere! This place USEDTOBE really good. I would go on Thursday especially and do 50% off upgrades. It was quick and easy and didn’t require a commitment or hassle. Now all of sudden ‘policies have changed’ and prices on this 50% upgrade have increased so that you’re getting less of a deal(like less than a dollar off). This wouldn’t be so bad except now you’re required to pay in two separate transactions in order to even do it. Even this wouldn’t be so bad if the girl working Thursday’s during all this were at all helpful or nice. But she’s not. Instead expect rude comments, attitude, eye rolling, last minute quick ‘cleaning’ of beds and absolutely no answers to any questions. And be sure to count your change because I’ve yet to receive the correct amount in return. This is why you shouldn’t hire high schoolers who pocket any difference they can short a customer. All good, fewer customers now.

Owner is just lovely! Very outgoing staff, willing to price match your previous tanning spot. Great equipment, it would be nice to get some shelves in the rooms for our personal belongings. Other than that, it’s a great, local tanning salon.

I don’t understand all the negative reviews. I’ve been coming here for a few months now, and everything has been great. I’ve never had to wait for a bed, never been ignored, and I’m always greeted with a smile, and It’s always clean! I’ve got an airbrush norvell tan here, and I also have done the level 2 and level 3 beds. It’s pretty much exactly what you’d expect from a tanning salon. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because it’s a little pricey compared to what I was used to paying.(moved to woodland from the central coast). If you are looking to get a tan, this is the place to go.

By far best salon in town. Great service and deals. They are always running specials on products and tanning packages. Very friendly place and super comfortable. I got a spray tan here and it turned out a lot better than I expected… I loved it! Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else!

This is a horrible salon! The first time I went there the salon worker put the bed on for too long because she was not paying attention and I got burnt. Then the next time I went the bed had not been cleaned. The following time I wanted to cancel my membership because I moved over 40 miles away and had not tanned in two months and they refused. I tried to pay for the rest of the contract and it took a month to get a worker who understood and could complete this task. I kept being told I needed to talk to someone else after driving up to woodland multiple times. Very very very poor customer service.

I have never received anything but great service from the employees here. The new location is slightly less convenient for me than where they used to be, but it’s not awful. The stand up bed was down for a while, but has been fixed. The only negative is the cost. It’s a bit pricey for the level 3 and 4 memberships.

My husband just tried calling to ask about pricing on tanning beds and they would not tell him over the phone. We are not going to make a visit to the business just to find out pricing that can easily be given over the phone.

I called to ask about they pricing on tanning and spray tans they said they could not tell me over the phone i have to go in personally. I don’t know any business that cant give you a price or quote over the phone

Summed up nicely? Sub-par service. I have been a loyal customer here for over 2 years, getting both spray tans and using the tanning beds on a fairly regular basis, not to mention I have recommended that all of my friends try their spray tanning service. But, over the last year, I have had appointments cancelled, appointments rescheduled, appointments that were up to 45 minutes late, and appointments that were all together forgotten. Unacceptable and unprofessional! Their new policy of paying for a spray tan prior to the appointment is not only inconvenient, but unnecessary. They allow their customers on tanning plans to keep a credit card on file, which is charged at the time of service. That option should be provided to all customers. I will be seeking alternative tanning options once my tanning plan expires. I hear that mobile airbrush tanning is quite affordable and delivers great results.

I have gotten spray tans all over Sacramento but this is the only place that I’ve heard of that makes you come in and pay in advance for your service. I did actually get a spray tan here years ago and have considered coming back a few times, now that I regularly spray tan, but it infuriates me that I have to go ahead of time and pay. Worse yet, a friend of mine regularly gets spray tans at this location and they still make her go down to the facility before her appointment to pay for it. At least give your regular customers the benefit of paying at the time of service. It’s just completely inconvenient.
