FRESH CLEANERS AT WOODLAND

This place seems nice and clean, but it is extremely overpriced. (In my opinion)
$ 72 to get 2 queen blankets washed. I go down the street and the other cleaners did 2 blankets for $ 30.
Maybe the $ 72 cleaners used really good products?

I have tried other dry cleaners in the area, but this store is, by far, my favorite. It is family-​owned and run, and the people who work there are kind and friendly. Their hours are convenient, even people who work until 5:00 will still be able to make it in on time, and I have never had any problems with clothes I have taken in. #highlyrecommend

If I could give zero starts I would!!! I live near this cleaners so I took a shirt and my favorite black dress to them to be cleaned on a Monday. The writing on the window proclaimed same day cleaning so I assumed that I could pick it up the next day after 5:00… was told no, that it wouldn’t be ready until Wednesday after 5:00… oh well. … figured I didn’t REALLY need it right away so I left it anyway. Picked it up on that Friday and the shirt was fine but my dress was definitely NOT! When I got home and went to put it away the gold straps were broken off and missing!!!
I returned immediately but was told that I must have brought it in that way because if they had broken it they would have the straps somewhere and told me. Not likely, someone just didn’t want to get their ass in trouble! And don’t you think if I had brought it in that way they would have noticed and asked about it so there would be no misunderstanding when I picked it up? !!!
Anyway I told them I was not about to pay for it since they broke it but I already paid when I picked it up, the girl at the counter told me she couldn’t refund my money and there was no manager to talk to and that the manager wouldn’t be in until Monday from 12 – 3:00. I work our of town so I can’t come back then, so I asked her to have them call me and she said she’d tell them but they probably won’t call! Lovely!
Long story short, always check your clothes before you leave with them and DON’T GO TO FRESH CLEANERS! !!! If they resolve this I will update my review but it sounds like I’m out a $ 200.00 dress! BEWARE OF FRESH CLEANERS!

My wife loves this place. All I know is that the owners are really nice.
