We had a very good experience with them, they were very accommodating, they took several measurements and additional pictures for me because we live 10 hours away. They were very honest and correct about the descriptions. We have been searching for a trailer for months so we’ve seen many trailers and I have to say that these were the cleanest trailers I have seen. I did not find there office offensive as one reviewer said. Unfortunately because I have special needs to accommodate a carriage the trailer we looked at didn’t work for us. But I keep checking there website to see if they get that would work I would definitely buy from them. M in California

This is in response to Some D James, We have a policy that we live by. That is we price our trailers at our actual price. We don’t insult a customers intelligence and lie to them by inflating the price, just to come down. We installed feed bags for free and waived the credit card fee even though we have signs stating our trailers are cash prices, then you give us a 2 star review for a lame excuse. We are the largest dealer on the west coast because we have many happy customers that enjoy the layed back, no pressure to buy atmosphere, INCLUDING the animals! You are the first person in thousands that has complained. Also, trailers don’t sit on our lot for very long as you seem to think. Turn around is very quick!

These guys are the only trailer dealer with larger sized horse trailers in western Washington and they know it. I saw multiple new trailers with rust and oxidation sitting on their lot unwilling to negotiate on price to make up for the damage. In the end the only reason why I purchased a trailer here was because I’d have to drive to Walla Walla. I got the feeling that the employees didn’t have much of a choice in the matter and they did their best to clean up the rust spots before I drove home with the trailer. The inside of the office was disgusting. There was a dirty bird cage with a parrot and a reptile tank with an iguana inside. It felt like I was in someone’s backyard buying a used trailer. I would have given this place a 1 star but Tim was personable and made my experience bearable. My suggestions to the owner to increase customer satisfaction: — give your employees more freedom to discount pricing for defects or trailers that aren’t selling — clean the place up and get rid of the pets — cover the spots that rusty quickly with wd40 or something to help prevent rust
