Edgewood Inn

The Edgewood is TRULY a magical experience. Dean & Kathy offer you their home and are the greatest hosts anyone could ask for. We got married at the Edgewood in August and our whole wedding party stayed for the weekend. Maybe everyone hears this after they get married but people never stop saying how it was in the most beautiful location and was the best wedding they have ever been too! It was far above our expectations in every sense and every single worry I had as a bride was put to ease with these wonderful people. Their staff went above and beyond for us, made us feel like family, and did everything to ensure it was a momentous occasion. Not to mention the amazing homemade breakfasts they make for you each morning! This place is unlike any other and extremely reasonably priced for all you receive. A gem that my husband and I are SO glad we found.

Absolutely wonderful. We were just here for a wedding and we stayed the whole weekend. Kathy is just about the sweetest person on the planet! The views of Pikes Peak are stunning, their home is perfect in every way and the hospitality is unrivaled. We can’t wait to go back and tell everyone we know about it!

We recently had our wedding at the Edgewood Inn. There was snow on Pikes Peak and the leaves were just finishing changing — the background was absolutely beautiful! The high ceilings and gorgeous decorations make the place an excellent venue. And I can’t tell you how convenient it was to have the Inn for 48 hours — we got to take our time setting up and enjoyed talking about the wedding with our family the next day over a delicious breakfast. Dean and his team were always helpful, seeing to our every need immediately! Even before the wedding they were very helpful giving us ideas and helping us find vendors for catering, florist and DJ.
I know that some from Colorado Springs will be afraid to have their wedding in Woodland Park. I can’t tell you how happy everyone was to make the drive. They loved the excellent views and it being a little farther away made it feel like a destination wedding. If you are worried about anyone driving they can stay at the Country Lodge in town and take a cab there.

We had our wedding here on October 10^th and 11^th. People can’t stop talking about this venue! Other than my bride this place was the star of the show. You just can’t ask for a better venue or location. Dean and his wife are amazing the worked so hard to make sure everything was taken care of and that our wedding was flawless! When you can reserve this venue for 2 days have your family stay and get free breakfast it makes booking a venue for only 6 hours seem crazy! We were able to have our rehearsal dinner here as well which was amazing and saved us a major hassle. Dean brings in extra people to help with the wedding and nothing was missed. If you want people to truly remember your wedding and use words like epic this is your place. Dean also steered us in great direction regarding vendors which did not disappoint. Remember this is a bed and breakfast so you get an amazing breakfast as well! So if you have a wedding under a 150 people and live anywhere in Colorado especially the springs please don’t pass this place up especially if your family is coming from out of town you can have them stay here and keep everyone in the same place. Thank you Edgewood for an amazing wedding, I’m saying all this as the groom my wife can’t get the smile off her face and her friends keep telling her how amazing the wedding was and really that’s the goal rite!
