I opened up my business and was in a rush to buy computers. Like many people I had very little choice and ended up with a Windows 8 computer that I bought from Fry’s and absolutely hated! I contacted Urban IT to see what they can do and boy am I happy I did! They set me up with a Windows 7 computer which is extremely solid and reliable, and was surprisingly well priced. Nate even came to my office and helped me set it up at no extra charge.
I run a serviced based business and really appreciate good customer support which i believe is lacking in a lot of new industries these days. Urban IT really does their job in that department and as a business owner it’s VERY much appreciated.

Nate at Urban I.T. helped me out. I called in an emergency and received a call right back. I explained my external hard drive had crashed… he came by my office and picked up the drive. The next day I received a call saying the data was there but I needed a higher level clean room than they had. He game me the name of another business who recovered all of my data. Totally took me by surprise, what an honest company! Oh… and he did all of this for FREE!
