The Native Spirit Lodge

Went in not knowing what to expect and was just looking for chakra stones. The staff was very nice, greeted me, and offered to help me find anything and handed me a basket. I ended up getting the chakra stones and a few more stones and a turquoise bracelet! Had a great experience and will definitely come back for a few more things I have my eye on.

Amazing selection! I’ve bought a few items from this store and I’m very happy with them! My most recent purchase was of a tigers eye beaded bracelet and it’s beautiful! I’ll for sure be coming back here for more!

Honestly a wonderful place to indulge. I always go in buying a lot of goodies without hurting my wallet. Price wise I think it’s reasonable and inexpensive. They provide small card descriptions for their items, great specials, are attentive and create a friendly atmosphere!

Cool store, one of the biggest crystal shops I’ve seen in the area thus far. The prices are pretty decent compared to some others, but the stone quality and authenticity is very questionable so please do your research first. I’ve got real and fake malachite from this store and «citrine» which was heat treated amethyst unfortunately. They have GREAT deals on products like pendulums, bracelets, incense, smudge sticks… etc and most tumbled stones are $ 2, great selection and friendly atmosphere. I’ll be coming back for a long time but please… Do your homework!
Also, as the title of the store hints towards, this isn’t really a witchy store. No colored candles, nothing pagan, it’s really a Native American store they do have books on scrying and crystal balls at decent etsy-​comparable prices

I had been coming to the Native Spirit Lodge for at least 2 years. All in all, i’d say that I’ve probably spent at least $ 500 there, not to mention the countless people who i have referred there (probably at least 20). I always enjoyed most of the staff, although i did always feel kind of weird that they would force you to take there tuber ware buckets around the store with you. And if you didn’t then they would follow you around, as if they were worried about everyone stealing. I understand wanting to take some measure to ensuring your product is safe… but don’t you think that people who are in the frame of mind to look to crystals for healing are actually going to be immoral enough to steal? It just always made me feel a bit uncomfortable. But i always swallowed my pride and abided by their rules.
UNTIL i went into the store last week, with my mother-​in-​law (who had never been), and my two sisters (who also spend tons of money there). I also had my LICENSED SERVICE DOG with me… who had been in the store at least 4 times before. But this time, as soon as i walked in, the owner stopped me and told me that i couldn’t have animals in there. I was very confused. but went on to explain that this was my certified service dog, and that i could show him all required documents. He ignored my offer and continued to verbally attack me for 5 – 7 minutes, questioning me about my disability. And although i know that i am not legally obligated to answer such questions, i did… because i wanted to prove that i had nothing to hide. Eventually when he tired of his interrogation, he asked me to leave and i was ABSOLUTELY APPALLED. I felt embarrassed that i had to explain my health conditions in front of a store full of strangers, to a man i hardly knew AND to top it all off, he didn’t even believe me!!! So i just quietly left the building and told my family that they could shop without me. Of course, they were so DISGUSTED that they too decided that they would rather spend their hundreds of dollars else where.
All i can deduce my bizarre experience to, is that perhaps this owner, White Wolf (as they call him) was having a really shitty personal life crisis and decided to take it out on me… and although i can sort of empathize with that, i will not sympathize with it. Because you simply cannot treat people like that. I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING TO NATIVE SPIRIT LODGE, nor will i refer any friends or acquaintances there. My hard-​earned money is much better spent at a place like The Bead Lounge (which is nearby on Topanga Canyon), where i don’t have to feel like i may be verbally assaulted when i walk in:)) Besides, the Bead Lounge sells all of their crystals with holes drilled in them. so it makes it super easy and fun to wire wrap;)

Editing my last review. Finally made it in when they were open! Loved my experience, the woman who helped me was so patient and explained everything. It was wonderful. Thank you!

I come in this shop habitually. The staff is so helpful and kind. In addition to their huge selection of crystals, sage, oils etc., they have little take home cards that tell you about the each specific crystal. They also have mini bags so you can put your crystal and description card sealed in it to keep organized and not get them confused. I am always searching for shops like this, but I’ve found most to be very pricey– without much reason. I highly recommend the native spirit lodge.

Wow, this place is awsome! Tons of beautiful natural stones & jewlery at good /​fair prices. All employees delightful, and patient with my questions. They advised me in the right direction when they didn’t have what I needed in stock. Thanks Guys!

Never had such a bad customer service experience in my whole life. The owner made me feel super uncomfortable in front of others customer just because I was eating a piece of bread while shopping around. He tried to embarrassed me 3 times while I was in his store. When I left, another customer left and told me that she was sorry about what happened and she left everything that she was going to buy because of the guy rudeness.

Today I went to the store I don’t feel no energy I feel people following you everywhere like you going to steal I feel I’m not welcome to the store I asked him simple question regarding Stone he said I don’t know if is real or fake I will never go back again I’m sorry

The Native Spirit Lodge rocks! The best thing about this store is the large variety of $ 2 tumbled stones. That may seem a little expensive, but the stones offered here are medium to large sized and are very high quality. I love tumbled stones that are polished and shiny, and they got lots of those here. They consistently have 2 for 1 specials on beads, incense, and sage. Today I picked up some real nice sacred geometry Tigers Eye and Angelite pieces that I am so happy with. Other wares for sale include salt lamps, crystals, dream catchers, pyramids, statuettes, pendulums, books, and New Age jewelry. Needless to say, its a challenge driving past this place without stopping to come in.

The owner/​manager is a d-​bag. My wife likes coming to this store and never leaves empty handed. You would think they’d treat paying customers better. WRONG! The owner/​manager acts as if you’re a child. Tread lightly while you’re in here.

Got here 15 minutes before their closing time, they have the door just closed. The employees saw me and told me they close at 7, I told him it’s only 6:45. He just wouldn’t open the door and keep closing other gates that go over the window. And the entire time he was just hand signal me over the window without even coming to the door at all.
I drove half hour just to check this place out and get some crystals for gifts cuz my friend recommend me here. How disappointing. And I had to drive almost an hour to go home empty handed and annoyed with the laziness and rudeness of the employee, just horrible customer service and bad business. If you are gonna close your shop and not let customer come in at 6:45, why post your business hour closing at 7pm? Does the boss know that his employee is turning customer away during business hour for no reason?

I can’t get enough of this Spirit Lodge. They have beautiful crystals, feathers, stones, rocks, incense, oils, urns, trinkets, bracelets, pendulums, books, healing kinds of things. Native American dream catchers, drums, flutes, totems, etc.
Great place for unique gifts.
Prices are very reasonable, too.
I come back often.

It isn’t always money that drives an exchange of goods. It is the intuitive radar, spirit. I once was shopping for stones for my nephew (with the intent that every time he visited me, he’d receive a stone). And he did and he also received my animated narration of the message of each. That’s nice that Native Spirit Lodge has the descriptions.
But it was something else. The owner could tell my earnest interest in a particular stone. I kept asking questions about it. In the end he gifted it to me. How was I to refuse?
Like attracts like. Should you find yourself vibing with this review, maybe the store and the lovely folks who run it are on your intuitive radar.

This store has an amazing selection of stones & crystals. They have many quartz spheres and much crystal jewelry. The store has a wide selection of items related to the Native American culture as the name would suggest. However, no matter what your spiritual beliefs are there is something here for you. The store owner and staff are very knowledgeable. Parking is easy too.

This place is a really cool hidden gem. They have really beautiful crystals and a pretty nice selection. The people working there are friendly and helpful, and are willing to answer any questions. I like to make jewelry, and it’s awesome to be able to go here and hand pick each stone that I use. Definitely check them out!
